What Is Girl Rules About?
The series revolves around a female friend group who begin to face tensions and chaos among one another following several events testing their friendship — beginning when one of the group’s members’ ex-girlfriend makes an unexpected return.
At the heart of the story are Prim and Min, who co-run an advertising company. The story unfolds across interconnected professions — bartender, stylist, producer, and photographer — offering a grounded, contemporary look at friendship, ambition, and emotional boundaries. wwd It’s refreshingly adult, ditching the typical school setting for the messy, complicated world of working women navigating love and loyalty simultaneously.
Directed by Tichakorn Phukhaotung and produced by GMMTV together with Moongdoo Studio, the series was announced during the “GMMTV 2025: Riding the Wave” showcase in November 2025. CNN
