If your mobile comes under this list of BGMI 90 FPS Supported devices, then you can enable the high refresh rate setting from inside the game. First, go to the settings menu and then select “Graphics”. Then, select “Frame Rate” and choose “90 FPS” as your desired refresh rate. However, keep in mind, that playing in 90 FPS requires more gaming power from your mobile. Sometimes increasing the refresh rate can result in worse graphics quality or even lagging.
