How to Join the Early Access Test

Getting into the stress test is straightforward. Launch Fortnite during the test window and look for the Epic Event Test playlist on the main screen. Once you spot it, simply join to help Epic Games test their server capacity.

Here’s what you need to know: you won’t actually see the real event during these sessions—Epic wants to keep the finale completely spoiler-free. Instead, you’ll be helping stress test the infrastructure that will support millions of players during the official November 29 finale.

Your contribution doesn’t go unnoticed. Epic will grant 80,000 XP to your account later in the week, equivalent to one full seasonal level—a solid reward for a quick 10-15 minute session.

What to Expect from Zero Hour

The official Chapter 6 finale, called “Zero Hour,” promises to be Epic’s biggest crossover event yet. The teaser trailer revealed an unprecedented mashup featuring Godzilla, King Kong, a colossal Homer Simpson, Star Wars X-wings, and the Power Rangers Megazord all battling together.

The narrative centers on Jonesy and Hope leading a unified front against the Dark Presence, a demonic entity from the Spirit Realm that’s haunted Chapter 6’s storyline. This collision of entertainment titans represents Fortnite’s boldest storytelling gamble to date.
