What Is “Fall In! Love” About?
The story centers on Na Jung Seok — once a timid, awkward soldier who struggled with military life — who has reinvented himself into a confident, self-made CEO of an outdoor camping brand. Life is good, until his former military superior, the fierce and formidable Woo Ami, callsign Viper, walks through the door as a brand-new rookie employee looking to start a civilian career.
It’s a beautifully flipped power dynamic: the man who once feared his superior now outranks her professionally — but clearly has a lot more to deal with emotionally. The tension, the humour, and the inevitable romance practically write themselves.
Park Hyung Sik — known for his effortless ability to balance vulnerability and charm — is a dream fit for Na Jung Seok’s arc from overlooked soldier to CEO. Park Gyu Young, who has been on an upward trajectory since A Good Day to Be a Dog and My Roommate is a Gumiho, brings exactly the kind of sharp, confident energy that Woo Ami demands.
The production team is equally compelling. Director Nam Sung Woo has a strong track record with romance-forward storytelling, while screenwriter Kim Ha Na knows how to craft slow-burn chemistry that keeps audiences hooked episode after episode.
Korean romantic comedy dramas have long dominated global streaming charts, and with Netflix backing and this calibre of cast and crew, Fall In! Love looks poised to be one of the most-watched K-dramas of the year.
