With Jin Yi Soo now behind bars as a murder suspect, Flex x Cop 2 shifts focus to the one person determined to prove his innocence. New stills reveal Jung Eun Chae’s detective Joo Hye Ra launching her own investigation, and the trail leads her somewhere unexpected.
What’s Happening in the New Stills?
Following Jin Yi Soo’s shocking arrest, team leader Joo Hye Ra takes matters into her own hands, personally digging into the case to uncover the truth behind the incident that turned her trusted colleague into a murder suspect. New images show her urgently questioning a source, visibly desperate for answers. Her search eventually leads her to popular singer Go Dan Bi, played by Min Kyung Ah, whose calm, almost amused demeanor stands in stark contrast to the detective’s mounting urgency.

Why This Investigation Matters
Joo Hye Ra’s decision to personally clear Jin Yi Soo’s name marks a turning point for the season, transforming her from a newly introduced team leader into the story’s emotional anchor. Her contrasting energy against Go Dan Bi’s relaxed, unbothered attitude hints that the singer may hold key information — or may be far more connected to the case than she initially lets on. As Joo Hye Ra races against time, viewers are left wondering whether her efforts will be enough to save her colleague before the truth spirals further out of control.
