Faissal Khan Extends An Olive Branch To Aamir Khan Right Before His Big Day

Family rifts rarely get resolved in public, but Faissal Khan just did exactly that. Ahead of brother Aamir Khan’s wedding to Gauri Spratt, the former actor has publicly apologized to his family, marking a significant shift after months of public allegations that once put their relationship under intense scrutiny.

What Faissal Said?

Speaking to YouTuber Ujjwal Trivedi, Faissal expressed regret for airing personal grievances publicly, specifically apologizing to his mother and sister Nikhat for comments he made about her and her husband, Santosh Hegde, which he now admits went too far. He acknowledged that pent-up emotions had spilled out in ways he shouldn’t have allowed, and extended that same regret toward Aamir, saying he hopes their bond only grows stronger from here.

Faissal was clear that this apology isn’t a one-off gesture — he wants to move forward on genuinely good terms with his entire family.

The Backstory: What Led to This Moment

Faissal previously made serious allegations against Aamir and other family members, allegations that drew significant media attention at the time. He has since revealed that a government hospital evaluation cleared him regarding his mental health, a detail he says complicates the earlier diagnosis his family had acted on. According to Faissal, it’s possible some doctors had misled his family during that period, and he’s now hoping they can move past old tensions with more trust and understanding.

Why This Matters Now

The timing isn’t a coincidence. Aamir Khan is preparing for his wedding with Gauri Spratt, a moment that appears to have pushed Faissal toward reconciliation rather than continued distance. Public family reconciliations like this tend to resonate widely, partly because they mirror the universal complexity of sibling relationships — a theme that’s long been explored across Bollywood storytelling itself, ironically the very industry the Khan family has shaped for decades.

Whether this marks a full resolution or simply a first step remains to be seen, but for now, it signals a family choosing to move forward rather than dwell on the past.
