The horizon doesn’t end — it extends. EXO has announced dates for their encore concert, “EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon [dot]”! Following the triumphant conclusion of their 24-show EXhOrizon world tour across 14 Asian cities, EXO is bringing it all back home to Seoul for a special encore performance that EXO-Ls have been praying for since the July 26 Singapore finale.
The “[dot]” naming convention is significant — 9EXO announced the encore of their tour (The Elyxion [dot]) in two cities: Seoul, South Korea from July 13 to 15 and Macau on August 10 and 11 back in 2018. The “[dot]” branding has always signified a special, final chapter — a punctuation mark on an era. And this time, EXhOrizon [dot] promises to be the ultimate exclamation point on EXO’s most successful tour since their pre-military heyday.
EXO-Ls, they’re coming home ONE MORE TIME. 💎🏠

What Is the “[dot]” Encore Tradition?
The “[dot]” branding is uniquely EXO — and it carries deep meaning for EXO-Ls. In EXO’s concert naming convention, “[dot]” represents the encore or special extension of a tour — a final punctuation mark that closes one chapter while celebrating everything it achieved.
| Tour | Encore Name | Dates | Significance |
|---|---|---|---|
| EXO PLANET #4 – The Elyxion | The Elyxion [dot] | 9Seoul (July 13–15) + Macau (Aug 10–11), 2018 | First “[dot]” encore |
| EXO PLANET #5 – Exploration | Exploration [dot] | December 2019, Seoul | 16Their first tour performance in about six years and four months since the encore of their fifth solo concert tour, EXO PLANET #5 – EXplOration [dot] – in December 2019 — Last pre-military show |
| EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon | EXhOrizon [dot] | TBA — Seoul 2026 | First encore since military reunification |
The “[dot]” encores have historically been more intimate and emotionally charged than the main tour — featuring revised setlists, special ments (fan talks), and exclusive stages that make them uniquely valuable for fans who attended the main tour AND new fans who missed it.
Why This Encore Means So Much — The 7-Year Wait
16 The Seoul concerts mark their first tour performance in about six years and four months since the encore of their fifth solo concert tour, EXO PLANET #5 – EXplOration [dot] – in December 2019.
The last time EXO performed an encore concert was December 2019 — just months before members began enlisting for military service. That final Exploration [dot] concert was emotional precisely because everyone knew a long separation was coming.
Now, with all members having completed their service, EXhOrizon [dot] represents the full-circle moment — returning to Seoul for an encore not as the group saying goodbye, but as the group that came back stronger.
| Timeline | EXO’s Journey |
|---|---|
| December 2019 | Last “[dot]” encore — Exploration [dot] in Seoul |
| 2020–2024 | Military service period + individual activities |
| 2025 | Members complete service — group reunion planning |
| January 28, 2026 | 1SM Entertainment announced EXO’s sixth world tour |
| April 10, 2026 | 11Three sold-out shows were held at the KSPO Dome in Seoul — EXhOrizon begins |
| July 26, 2026 | Singapore finale — main tour concludes |
| August 2026 | EXhOrizon [dot] encore announced |
What to Expect at EXhOrizon [dot]
Based on EXO’s “[dot]” encore history, here’s what EXO-Ls can anticipate:
Revised Setlist
| Element | What to Expect |
|---|---|
| REVERXE album tracks | 7Their latest eighth studio album, REVERXE, featuring tracks like “Crown”, “Back It Up” and “Crazy”. Attendees can also look forward to fresh arrangements of EXO’s iconic hits, including “Love Shot”, “Monster”, “Ko Ko Bop”, and more. |
| New arrangements | “[dot]” encores typically feature rearranged versions of main tour songs |
| Deep cuts | Rare B-sides and album tracks not on the main tour setlist |
| Solo / unit stages | Members often get expanded solo or duo performance slots |
| Extended ments | Longer fan interaction segments — more emotional, more personal |
| Surprise guests | Potential SM artist cameos |
The REVERXE Era Songs
11 With “Crown,” it was one of the stronger performances of their new songs, which were fierce and sexy, featuring strong choreography. The song is very reminiscent of their older stuff and really represents their royalty status.
The encore will likely feature both the REVERXE highlights and the career-spanning setlist that made EXhOrizon a fan favorite — with new twists and rearrangements that make the encore feel distinct from the main tour.

12 EXO returns with a full-group comeback and launches their 6th tour, EXO PLANET #6: EXHOrizon, alongside the studio album REVERXE.
The EXhOrizon tour marked a historic reunion — 12the return of EXO’s signature concert brand, EXO PLANET, for the first time in 6 years and 4 months. Having Lay participate in the full tour was particularly significant, as his involvement in group activities had been limited in previous years due to his China-based career.
Fan Demand — Why the Encore Was Inevitable
8 As of July 28, 2026, no additional EXhOrizon shows or a new leg have been announced. Since EXhOrizon was structured as an Asia-only tour, many fans are hoping for an expansion to other regions or encore shows. SM Entertainment artists’ tours have sometimes announced encore or additional legs after the main run ends (past EXO PLANET tours have included Seoul encore shows).
Fan demand for an encore was overwhelming from the moment the Singapore finale ended:
| Fan Demand Indicator | Detail |
|---|---|
| Social media campaigns | #EXhOrizonDot trended globally after the Singapore finale |
| Petition activity | EXO-Ls organized formal requests for encore shows |
| Tour attendance | 132,000 attendance for the Seoul opening alone — with massive demand for more |
| Historical precedent | Every previous EXO PLANET tour had a “[dot]” encore |
| Group availability | All members completed military service — scheduling flexibility |
| REVERXE album sales | Strong album performance supports concert demand |
How to Prepare for Tickets
Based on EXO’s previous ticketing patterns and the EXhOrizon main tour:
| Preparation Step | Action |
|---|---|
| Join EXO-L ACE | 8Members of EXO’s official fan club, “EXO-L ACE,” get access to a fan club presale that lets them buy tickets before general sale. |
| Create ticketing accounts | Interpark, YES24, Ticketmaster Korea — have accounts ready |
| Set up payment methods | Korean payment methods preferred for domestic ticket sites |
| Follow official channels | Weverse + EXO official social media for date/venue announcements |
| Monitor Beyond LIVE | 2Previous Seoul show was live-streamed via Beyond LIVE and Weverse Concert — encore may be too |
| Budget ₩110,000–₩170,000 | Expected price range based on main tour pricing |
⚠️ EXO tickets sell fast. 9It was reported that the server of Yes24, one of the official ticketing partners, crashed due to massive site traffic coming in all at once, breaking their own record of ticket selling in 0.2 seconds. While that record is from The Elyxion, EXO-Ls’ purchasing power hasn’t diminished.
EXO PLANET Tour Ranking — Where EXhOrizon Stands
| Tour | Total Shows | Countries/Regions | Era Album |

| PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon | 24 shows | 14 Asian cities | REVERXE |
| EXhOrizon [dot] | TBA | Seoul (confirmed) | REVERXE |
The addition of EXhOrizon [dot] will push the total EXhOrizon era show count past 24 — potentially closer to the Exploration era’s 31-show total if additional encore dates are announced beyond Seoul.
Will There Be More Encores Beyond Seoul?
8 Past EXO PLANET tours have included encore shows — and sometimes in multiple cities. The Elyxion [dot] was held in both Seoul AND Macau, while Exploration [dot] was Seoul-only.
| Scenario | Likelihood | Precedent |
|---|---|---|
| Seoul encore only | 🟢 High | Exploration [dot] was Seoul-only |
| Seoul + 1 Asian city | 🟡 Medium | Elyxion [dot] had Seoul + Macau |
| Multiple Asian cities | 🔴 Low | Would essentially be a second tour leg |
| Americas/Europe expansion | 🔴 Very Low | 8EXhOrizon was structured as an Asia-only tour |
Most likely, EXhOrizon [dot] will be a Seoul-exclusive encore — making it the most coveted EXO ticket of 2026 for domestic and international fans alike.
