Starting January 6, 2025, players worldwide can cast their votes to decide the ultimate lineup of the year. TOTY is one of the most prestigious events in the FC 25 calendar, offering exclusive, high-rated cards that dominate the in-game meta.

If you’re ready to make your voice heard and prepare for the TOTY frenzy, here’s everything you need to know about TOTY Voting, the schedule, and how to make the most of this event.

What is TOTY Voting?

TOTY Voting is an annual event where the FC 25 community selects the best players of the year to form the ultimate starting XI. EA provides a list of nominees based on real-life performances, and fans vote for their favorite players to create the most prestigious lineup in the game.

The traditional TOTY structure includes:

1 Goalkeeper
4 Defenders
4 Midfielders
2 Forwards

This year, TOTY Voting also includes a Women’s TOTY, following the same format. Fans can cast their votes on EA’s official website, and the final TOTY squad will be revealed starting January 17, 2025, with the attackers.

Why is TOTY Voting Important?

TOTY cards are the pinnacle of in-game performance, offering massive stat boosts that make them essential for competitive squads. These cards are not only a reflection of real-life football excellence but also dominate the in-game meta.

Even if your favorite player doesn’t make the final XI, they could still receive an Honorable Mention card, which offers significant upgrades. Players like Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, and Vinícius Jr. are among the nominees, making the competition fierce.
