It’s been six months of the release of Doom Eternal, and now Microsoft announced that it is arriving on Xbox Game Pass next month. It’s not a big surprise considering that Microsoft now owns Bethesda. You can expect more of the Bethesda games to come in Xbox Game Pass in the future.
The Xbox users have to subscribe Xbox Game Pass for accessing Doom Eternal. The subscribers won’t have to wait for long as the game will be added to the service on October 1. Through the service, you will be able to access the game on PC too, but when the service will be available hasn’t been announced yet.

Doom Eternal is the direct sequel and a worthy successor of Doom 2016(reboot). Developed by id Software and published by Bethesda, Doom Eternal is a first-person shooter video game released on 20 March 2020 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia.
The main protagonist of the game is Doomguy, commonly known as Doom Slayer who battles demons from hell. Doom Eternal is set sometime after the events of the 2016 game. After battling and defeating the demonic forces on Mars, Doom Slayer travels back to Earth where he sees that hell went loose on earth and now his mission is to end Hell’s consumption of Earth and hinder the alien Maykrs’ goals to exterminate humanity.
The first expansion of the Doom Eternal named The Ancient Gods – Part One is coming on October 20. The DLC will be taking place after the events of the main campaign
If you haven’t played the game till now, trust me and try it you will not regret your decision. It received many positive reviews, and compliments for its campaign, graphics, soundtrack, level design, and combat mechanics.
