Dive Into You Review: A K-Drama Where Twins Swap Souls to Save the Man They Both Love

What if you could go back in time to save the person you love, but only by swapping souls with your twin? That’s the hook of Dive Into You, Channel A’s new K-drama, and it’s already getting attention. Light spoilers for episode 1 ahead.

Dive Into You : Overview

The Setup: A Tragedy That Rewinds

The story opens in 2010 with a high school judo match filmed by Ha Na, who watches her twin brother Ha Ru and his friend Woo Jae compete. Fast forward to 2026 and everyone has changed. Ha Ru is an international judo star, Ha Na is a successful but struggling actress, and Woo Jae has become her bodyguard.

On her biggest night, Ha Na wins a major award. Soon after, a stalker attacks her, and Woo Jae dies protecting her. A grieving Ha Na and Ha Ru then crash their car into water and wake up in 2010, with one catch: their souls are swapped. Ha Na is in Ha Ru’s body, and Ha Ru is in Ha Na’s.

Why It’s Worth Watching?

A real mystery. Ha Na struggles to cry on camera because of a condition called “Emotional Numbness.” What caused it? And who was the stalker, and why did he hate her?

Chaotic romance. Ha Na and Woo Jae secretly love each other but have never confessed. Now Ha Ru, inside Ha Na’s body, acts friendly with Woo Jae, while shy Ha Na is trapped in her brother’s body. If Woo Jae starts falling for someone, who is he really falling for?

A mix of genres. Romance, comedy, time travel, and suspense all land in one story, so it rarely gets dull.
