Dell Technologies has launched its new festive campaign titled “Sweets,” positioning their PCs as essential tools for today’s users. This campaign highlights Dell’s commitment to innovation by showcasing how AI can enhance our daily lives and create meaningful connections, especially during the festive season.
The Campaign Story: Rediscovering Tradition with AI
In the campaign film, a young man visits a sweet shop craving the traditional Indian dessert kheer, only to learn that the recipe has been forgotten. Undeterred, he uses Dell’s AI-powered Inspiron 14 Plus to piece together the lost recipe with insights from AI and guidance from his grandmother. The heartwarming journey ends with him sharing the rediscovered treat with his newfound companions, making the festival even more memorable.

The “Sweets” campaign is driven by an omni-channel approach, featuring interactive videos on social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The campaign will be promoted in multiple languages, including Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi. Additionally, Dell is collaborating with content creators and influencers to amplify the campaign across Amazon, Spotify, and retail activations in 35 cities nationwide.
