Why Season 2 Is One of Marvel’s Most Anticipated Returns

Daredevil: Born Again was confirmed for Season 2 even before the first season debuted — which is why it’s arriving faster than most Marvel Disney+ shows typically do. Season 1 ended on a massive cliffhanger that left fans craving answers, and Season 2 was greenlit in September 2025 following strong viewership performance.

Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock / Daredevil alongside Vincent D’Onofrio as the menacing Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, now navigating the political world of New York City as Mayor — a power dynamic that sets up entirely new tension for the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. Notably, showrunner Dario Scardapane has confirmed that The Punisher will not return in Season 2, which has already sparked fan debate.

The buzz around a potential leaked Season 2 trailer — reportedly revealing an exciting mystery character — has only accelerated excitement. Whether it drops weekly or all at once, Season 2 is shaping up to be one of Marvel’s boldest storytelling moves in the Disney+ era.

How to Watch Daredevil Born Again Season 2

You’ll need an active Disney+ subscription to stream Season 2. Episodes will drop at 9:00 PM Eastern Time / 6:00 PM Pacific Time each week, so set your reminders and stay away from social media on Monday mornings if you want to stay spoiler-free.

Haven’t caught up with Season 1 yet? All episodes are available now on Disney+. With roughly three weeks until the Season 2 premiere, there’s still time to binge it before March 24.
