Three usage limit changes —Claude effective immediately
All three changes are aimed at improving the experience for Anthropic’s most dedicated customers:
First, Claude Code’s five-hour rate limits are being doubled for Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise plans. Second, the peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code is being removed for Pro and Max accounts. Third, API rate limits are being raised considerably for Claude Opus models.
The SpaceX compute deal
Anthropic has signed an agreement with SpaceX to use all of the compute capacity at their Colossus 1 data center — giving Anthropic access to more than 300 megawatts of new capacity, equivalent to over 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs, coming online within the month.
