Call Of Duty 2024 New Update: Is Warzone Original Map Really Coming?

Call Of Duty 2024 will feature Warzone’s original map. That’s a new rumor floating on the internet platform recently. The news came from an industry insider, and as usual, the gaming studio hasn’t said anything yet.

So, is it true or just a floating rumor, well, if you are eager to know about that then you are at the right place. Here in this article, we will discuss this in detail so without any delays let’s dive in.

Call Of Duty 2024 and Warzone Original Map

Recently Season 1 of the CoD: Modern Warfare 3 was launched with an all–new Urzikstan battle royale map. And now not long after that, we have got news from an industry insider that the famous Verdansk map will be introduced in the Warzone by the end of 2024.

As you may already know the map of Verdansk was the very first Warzone map that was released with the game in 2020. And now according to the Insider Gaming report by Tom Henderson, the Verdansk could return with the Call of Duty 2024.

According to the same report, Verdansk will be the map that will come with the first season of CoD 2024. And the game will integrate into the Warzone. Further Henderson has suggested that this will be the Call of Duty Black Ops Gulf War.

This backs up an earlier report made by Windows Central indicating that the new addition will be developed by Treyarch. And this is set in the Gulf War as a part of the CoD Black Ops series of the game.

Earlier Activision has confirmed that Warzone’s famous Resurgence maps of Fortune’s Keep and Rebirth Island will return once again in 2024. However, the time wasn’t confirmed at the moment and there are only speculations on it.

So, if this leak is truly proven, then CoD players can experience plenty of nostalgia in the year 2024. Hence, if you have been a true Call of Duty fan and played all the games of the series, then the next year is going to be a memory shower for you.

If you are thinking that you might have to wait for a long to get this new update then don’t worry. According to some assumptions Fortnite’s OG Chapter 1 map is getting huge popularity, so this addition won’t be too late.

And if the rumors are of the Call of Duty 2024, then they can be true. To present more of the Call of Duty, Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 are working on a winter holiday event. This will be in Season 1 and players can expect interesting new updates.

The new updates can include holiday–themed maps, Undead Santa, LTMs, and a seasonal event. So, this is the time you should gear up yourself for the new and exciting Call of Duty 2024 updates.
