The Fan-Requested Moments

“Enchanted” was the most requested song for Benedict (Luke Thompson) and Sophie’s (Yerin Ha) romance. “People were retweeting the YouTube video being like, ‘You have one job,'” Kamps told Netflix. Meanwhile, Olivia Rodrigo’s “bad idea right?” brings “great energy” to Episode 4, fulfilling Kamps’ Season 2 dream of including her songwriting.

Bridgerton’s Musical Revolution

The series transformed period drama soundtracks by converting contemporary hits into Regency-era orchestral pieces. Previous seasons featured Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams,” Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next,” and Season 3’s viral Pitbull “Give Me Everything” carriage scene.

Season 4 follows Benedict Bridgerton’s Cinderella romance with the mysterious “Lady in Silver”—actually housemaid Sophie Baek. Based on Julia Quinn’s An Offer from a Gentleman, their story unfolds across two parts (Part 2: February 26), with strategic musical placement enhancing every emotional beat.

Episode Placement Hints

Episode 1’s masquerade features “Life in Technicolor,” “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” and “Never Let You Go.” “Enchanted” scores Episode 2’s romance, while “All I Wanted” and “bad idea right?” build tension in Episodes 3-4. Groups like Vitamin String Quartet and Strings From Paris transform club anthems into elegant ballroom music.
