Brad Pitt Roars Back: Heart of the Beast Grows Every Day in India

Some films open loud, and others build steadily. Heart of the Beast is doing the second, and that’s a good sign. Brad Pitt‘s survival drama collected Rs 4.25 crore gross in its opening weekend in India.

Brad Pitt: Day-Wise Box Office

Why This Opening Matters?

The film jumped about 80 per cent from Friday to Saturday, then grew again on Sunday. Rising numbers usually point to strong word of mouth, and audiences have reportedly received the film well.

Pitt’s previous release, F1, was a massive blockbuster in India, so expectations are high. Survival thrillers have a limited audience here, but Hollywood films are performing well in India this year. The big question is whether this one joins the list of successful Hollywood ventures.

What to Watch Next?

Weekday holds will show whether the film has real legs. If Monday and Tuesday stay steady, a solid run is likely. Keep in mind that competition is heavy, with Bollywood and South releases fighting for the same screens.
