Design and Build Quality

The Boult Astra Neo earbuds make an immediate visual statement with their sleek plastic case adorned with eye-catching neon LED lights. The scratch-resistant finish and comfortable grip of the case enhance its durability and user-friendliness.

Weighing in at a featherlight level, the plastic earbuds offer a comfortable fit, ensuring they remain secure even during vigorous activities. Additionally, the pocket-sized charging case, weighing just 78 grams, adds to the overall portability and convenience of the earbuds.

Beyond aesthetics, the Boult Astra Neo boasts an array of features, including Zen Quad Mic Environmental Noise Cancellation, IPX5 water resistance, dual-device connectivity, and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. These features, combined with the stylish design and comfortable fit, position the Boult Astra Neo as a strong contender in its price range.

Audio Experience

Equipped with 13mm BoomX bass drivers, the Boult Astra Neo earbuds deliver a satisfactory sound experience. The bass is really high and for such fans, this might be a good choice but for me it was not soothing at all. The audio quality shines during phone calls, providing clear and sharp communication. However, in noisier environments, such as a bustling metro, the call quality may not meet expectations.

When it comes to music playback, the earbuds produce loud and clear sound, albeit with a slight lack of depth compared to more premium options. While the audio quality remains impressive for the price, there is room for improvement, especially in terms of balancing bass and clarity.

The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls that allow users to manage volume, music playback, calls, voice assistants, device switching, and gaming mode. While adjusting volume and music was seamless, some users may encounter challenges when activating gaming mode and handling calls due to potential accidental touches.

Battery Life

Boasting up to 70 hours of battery life, this new Boult Astra Neo gives you the flexibility to charge once and use it for days down the line, I was getting 3–4 days of easy battery life with heavy usage. Obviously, the lighting effects take some battery life but overall, the battery life even with ENC gives a healthy playtime alongside the convenience of fast charging.

Verdict

The Boult Astra Neo earbuds present a compelling choice for individuals seeking solid audio performance at an affordable price point. The environmental noise cancellation feature, combined with commendable comfort and a user-friendly design, makes these earbuds stand out. Moreover, the impressive battery life and low-latency gaming mode cater to gaming enthusiasts on a budget.

However, if prioritizing clear and melodious music is a top consideration, alternative options such as the boAt Nirvana Ion or Noise Buds VS104 Max earbuds may better suit those preferences, especially with their additional features. Nevertheless, the Boult Astra Neo earbuds carve a niche for themselves as a noteworthy option for reliable gaming audio on a budget.

In conclusion, the Boult Astra Neo TWS earbuds deliver a satisfying audio experience, making them an enticing choice for budget-conscious consumers and gaming enthusiasts alike. Buy from here.
