Bloody Flower Episodes 3-4: Does Lee Woo-gyeom Face Death for His Deadly Cure?

The latest episodes of Bloody Flower on Disney+ delivered jaw-dropping courtroom drama that left fans reeling. After confessing to killing 17 people in unauthorized medical experiments, former medical prodigy Lee Woo-gyeom (Ryeoun) received a death sentence—but the story is far from over.

Bloody Flower Episode 3: The Death Sentence

Defense attorney Park Han-jun battles to prove Woo-gyeom’s revolutionary cure is real, presenting three crucial pieces of evidence: records from Chaeum Medical School, proof that all victims had criminal records, and claims about Woo-gyeom’s mutated blood properties. Despite public opinion shifting online, the court rejects his medical demonstration request and delivers its verdict: death penalty for 17 murders.

Episode 4: The Gamble That Changes Everything

Woo-gyeom orchestrates a prison riot to conduct an unauthorized demonstration. He injects his blood into an inmate with corneal damage—the brother of his final victim, Hong Jae-kwang. The experiment succeeds, proving his claim. Later, a child named Woo-jin receives treatment and makes a complete recovery, forcing the court to reconsider. Meanwhile, Prosecutor Cha Yi-yeon discovers connections between Han-jun and a deceased researcher from Jinnah Medical Research Institute.

The episode concludes with Chae Jeong-su, chairman of Cheum Medical Center, arriving at Han-jun’s office—signaling powerful players entering the game.
