What’s the Story This Time?
Season 1 ended with Gun Woo (Woo Do Hwan) and Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi) dismantling a powerful loan shark operation — a finish that left fans hungry for more of their electric chemistry. Season 2 picks things right up, throwing the duo into an even more dangerous arena: a shadowy underground boxing league run by the menacing Baek Jeong, played by none other than Rain.
Baek Jeong isn’t just another crime boss. He controls a high-stakes fighting ring where the strongest compete for enormous sums of money, and he’ll do whatever it takes to stay on top. When Gun Woo — an aspiring boxer himself — and his sharp-eyed coach Woo Jin stumble into his territory, Baek Jeong sets a calculated plan in motion to crush them from within his own system.
But if Season 1 taught us anything, it’s that these two don’t break easily. The teaser shows them fighting back with everything they have, while also hinting at tensions that may test their partnership. It’s the same unbreakable bond we fell in love with, now under far greater pressure.
Adding serious excitement to the mix: Park Seo Joon will make a cameo appearance, sending the fandom into full overdrive.
🎬 What Are the Stars Up To Beyond Season 2?
Woo Do Hwan was most recently seen in Made in Korea alongside Hyun Bin and Jung Woo Sung. He’s also attached to the black comedy Knock Off with Kim Soo Hyun and Jo Bo Ah, though its release timeline remains uncertain. He’s also lined up for Made in Korea Season 2 later in 2026.
Lee Sang Yi will appear as a guest on the upcoming K-drama Boyfriend on Demand and in The Legend of Kitchen Soldier.
