Real Madrid becomes the highest earning club in world football

Real Madrid have regained their place as the highest earning club in world football replacing Manchester United, in the latest edition of the Deloitte Football Money League.

Deloitte Football Money League ranks the top 20 clubs by revenue in world football. It is now in its 22nd edition.

Real Madrid have become the first club to generate more than €750million in revenue in figures collated for the 2017-18 season. It is the 12th time that Madrid have topped the rankings, and the first time since the 2014-15 season.

Manchester United have slipped from first to third position. LaLiga champions Barcelona move up to second from third, while Tottenham have climbed into the top 10 for only the second time.
There are six Premier League clubs in the top 10, with Manchester City completing the leading five in behind Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

The Deloitte Football Money League in full :

  1. Real Madrid – €750.9m
  2. Barcelona – €690.4m
  3. Manchester United – €666m
  4. Bayern Munich – €629.2m
  5. Manchester City – €568.4m
  6. Paris Saint-Germain – €541.7m
  7. Liverpool – €513.7m
  8. Chelsea – €505.7m
  9. Arsenal – €439.2m
  10. Tottenham – €428.3m
  11. Juventus – €394.9m
  12. Borussia Dortmund – €317.2m
  13. Atletico Madrid – €304.4m
  14. Inter – €280.8m
  15. Roma – €250m
  16. Schalke – €243.8m
  17. Everton – €212.9m
  18. AC Milan – €207.7m
  19. Newcastle United – €201.5m
  20. West Ham – €197.9m

Though two La Liga teams top the rankings, the top 10 is dominated by English sides, with six of the 10 teams coming from the Premier League. It is the most teams ever in the top 10 from a single country.
Nine of the 20 teams in the rankings are from the Premier League, while four of the teams hail from Italy, three from Spain, three from Germany, and one from France.

Overall, the 20 clubs in the rankings raked in €8.3bn combined last season, a new record. Broadcast revenue remains the largest individual income stream, making up 43 per cent of total revenue.

“European football remains a bull market, with annual revenue growth of almost €450million in this year’s Football Money League,” said Dan Jones, partner in the Sports Business Group at Deloitte.

Real Madrid trophy cabinet

“At the top, we have seen Real Madrid shatter records, becoming the first club to break the three-quarters-of-a-billion-euro mark and claim a record 12th Money League title in the process.
Real Madrid’s outstanding financial performance in 2017-18 is built on their long history of success on the pitch, most recently three consecutive Champions League titles. This has enabled the club to continue to drive commercial revenue as the appetite to partner with Europe’s most successful clubs remains stronger than ever.

“Most of our top 10 are through to the round of 16 of the Champions League and forecasting further revenue growth, meaning their relative performances in UEFA’s flagship competition this season could have a noticeable impact on our rankings next year.”

“The substantial presence of Premier League clubs continues to be felt in this year’s Deloitte Football Money League,” said Sam Boor, senior manager in the Sports Business Group at Deloitte.
He added : “However, with the Premier League’s tender for the next cycle of domestic rights from 2019-20 complete and sale of overseas rights nearing conclusion, it is clear that Premier League clubs will be unable to rely on explosive growth in broadcast distributions as a source of future growth, as has been the case in recent years.
As a result, we expect an even greater emphasis among these clubs on generating their own growth in the coming season, and in particular the optimisation of commercial revenue, which has been a key area for differentiating growth across most of Europe’s leading clubs in recent years.”

Cardiff City’s record signing Emiliano Sala is missing

Authorities said that Emiliano Sala was on board the Piper PA 46 Malibu light aircraft that went missing in the English Channel on Monday.

The French civil aviation authority confirmed that Sala was aboard the “single turbine engine aircraft”, which disappeared from radar off the coast of the island of Guernsey. Authorities have begun a third day of searching for the missing aircraft carrying Cardiff City striker Emiliano Sala. Guernsey Police confirmed early on Thursday that efforts have been resumed using a Channel Islands Air Search plane.

An immediate search and rescue operation was launched in the area but was halted in the early hours of Tuesday due to worsening weather conditions. Local and French authorities resumed their efforts at 0800.
In a statement published on Facebook, Guernsey Police said: “Guernsey Coastguard received an alert at 2023 from Jersey ATC, that a light aircraft had gone off their radar approximately 15 miles north of Guernsey, initiating a major search and rescue operation involving both St Peter Port and Alderney lifeboats. Air Search 1 and 2 HM Coastguard helicopters are also involved in the search.”

Emiliano Sala

“The PA 46 Malibu, a single turbine engine aircraft was on route from Nantes in France, to Cardiff in Wales, with two people on board when it was lost off radar as Jersey ATC was attempting to make contact.
A search model was created on SARIS, based on the likely ditching position, and all search and rescue assets were tasked to the area.”

“The search was terminated at 0200, with all search and rescue assets being stood down, due to strengthening winds, worsening sea conditions and reducing visibility. At this time no trace of the missing aircraft had been found.”

“The aircraft departed Nantes at 1915 for Cardiff. The aircraft was flying at 5000 feet. The aircraft on passing Guernsey requested descent. Jersey ATC lost contact whilst it was flying at 2300 feet.
Air Search 1 and a French rescue helicopter based in Cherbourg, resumed the search of the area at 0800.”

Emiliano Sala

Cardiff City were expecting Sala to report for his first day at the club on Tuesday after signing from Ligue 1 side Nantes on Saturday.
Sala flew to Cardiff last week on the same aircraft, and only returned to France to say goodbye to his Nantes teammates on Monday.
Cardiff paid around £15m for the 28-year-old to break their club-record transfer, surpassing the previous record of £11m paid to Sevilla for Gary Medel in 2013.

Cardiff City chief executive Ken Choo issued a statement on Tuesday afternoon to express the club’s shock at the news, and he said that he had been left “very distressed” by Sala’s disappearance after last seeing him on Friday.

“We were very shocked upon hearing the news that the plane had gone missing,” Choo said in a statement. “We expected Emiliano to arrive last night into Cardiff and today was due to be his first day with the team. Our owner, Tan Sri Vincent Tan, and chairman, Mehmet Dalman, are all very distressed about the situation.”

Emiliano Sala

“We made the decision first thing this morning to call off training with the thoughts of the squad, management staff and the entire Club with Emiliano and the pilot.

“All of us at Cardiff City FC would like to thank our fans, and the entire footballing family for their support at this difficult time.
We continue to pray for positive news.”

Nantes were due to travel to Entente Sannois for their Coupe de France clash on Wednesday evening, but Sannois, who play in the third tier of French football, have agreed to postpone the match.

In a statement, Nantes president Waldemar Kita said: “I’m thinking of his friends, his family, I’m still in hope, he’s a fighter, it’s not over.
Maybe he’s somewhere, waiting for some news that we hope will be positive. We are very touched by all the support received since this morning.”

Mark McKay, an agent involved in brokering Sala’s move to Cardiff, confirmed via a statement that he arranged the 28-year-old’s flight but denied reports that the missing aircraft was owned by him or his family.
He said : “Along with everyone in the world of football, I want to express my sadness and that of my family with regards to the tragic events that have unfolded since Monday evening.
The families of both Emiliano and that of the pilot are utmost in our thoughts and prayers. I knew Emiliano well, he was a wonderful person and I count myself fortunate to have known him.”

Ajax Midfielder Frenkie de Jong to join Barcelona for €75m in the summer transfer

The Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong will join Barcelona this summer on a five-season contract for €75m (£65.3m).

The 21-year-old Netherlands international has been one of Europe’s most sought after young players, with Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain also interested in signing him. But after weeks of negotiations, De Jong’s arrival in a deal that could eventually rise to €86m was confirmed by Barça’s Twitter account on Wednesday with the message: “A new artist is coming next summer”.

The 21-year-old midfielder has been impressing coaches and experts the world over with his technique and versatility. Barça had to pay a large sum to get him ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, who according to media reports, were very close to signing him first.

De Jong will spend the rest of the season at Ajax, meaning he is free to face Real Madrid in the Champions League last-16 tie next month.

“FC Barcelona and Ajax have reached an agreement for the transfer of midfielder Frenkie de Jong, who will be joining the Catalan club from 1 July 2019,” a statement on the club’s website read.

De Jong joined Ajax in 2015 from Willem II and quickly set about securing a place at the base of the club’s midfield, playing a pivotal role as they reached the 2017 Europa League final, where they lost to Manchester United.

He is Barcelona’s fourth signing in what is proving to be a busy January after the loan arrivals of Jeison Murillo and Kevin-Prince Boateng. The club also announced that Jean-Clair Todibo will join from Toulouse in the close season, while Munir El Haddadi left the club to join Sevilla.

The Review

Having installed the software the first thing I noticed that it’s UI seems outdated, but yes its smooth and light. But now has been fixed in 8.0 version. It’s wizard functions are interesting and unique. Due to the wizard kind of UI, users can get things done easily if they are not a Pro at these things.

Basic Partition functions including Resize partition, Move partition, Create partition, Delete partition, Format partition, Check partition, Change drive letter, Change label are very useful for those who cannot get through the lengthy process for doing the same tasks via Microsoft’s own tools.

AOMEI Partition Assistant - Your complete Disk Management Assistant
The new AOMEI Partition Assistant 8.0 looks great

Other basic functions like Merge partitions, Copy Partition, Copy disk, Wipe partition, Wipe hard drive, Rebuild MBR works like a charm and are very simple and easy to use. All these functions are available in all the versions of the AOMEI Partition Assistant.

Well, both the Free and Professional versions have various functions, but the professional one, which costs $54.95, has an edge over the free one. Some notable features that impressed me regarding the Pro software are:

AOMEI Partition Assistant - Your complete Disk Management Assistant
  • Split partition, Align partition, Quick partition, Command line partitioning, Allocate free space from one partition to another.
  • Migrate OS from a GPTdisk to a GPT/MBR SSD or disk.
  • Convert system disk between MBR and GPT partition styles.
  • Convert primary partition to logical, and vice versa.
  • Convert dynamic disk to basic, and vice versa Dynamic disks and dynamic volumes management.
  • SSD Secure Erase Wizard, Extend Partition Wizard, Partition Recovery Wizard.
  • A maximum of 2PCs are allowed to install the program.

The partition functions worked pretty well, doing the job smoothly. Allocating free space from one partition proves to be a very handy function for those who want to manage space on the go.

AOMEI Partition Assistant - Your complete Disk Management Assistant

Migrating OS function too works well if you are looking to transfer your existing OS to a faster SSD or other new HDD. The SSD Secure Erase did not work for me as this is based on Windows 7. Both the Extend Partition Wizard, Partition Recovery Wizard worked pretty well for me and are truly useful as well.

Merging two of my SSD drives took around 5-8 minutes for me, which pretty ok and other basic functions did not take much time really.

AOMEI Partition Assistant - Your complete Disk Management Assistant

Pros:

  • Simple, neat and lightweight
  • Has lots of useful functions that prove to be a lot more helpful for those are not into partitioning and other PC software stuff
  • The wizard functions makes complex jobs much more simple

Cons

  • The UI was quite old looking but now has been fixed in 8.0 version
  • A bit more costly if you buy the Pro version only, so buy the combo of Partition Assistant and AOMEI Backupper that will prove to be a great combo in future
  • SSD Secure Erase only works with Windows 7

Who should use this Software?

This is the first question that might be haunting you right now, so to clarify that here I will tell you who should actually use the Pro software and the Free one:

AOMEI Partition Assistant - Your complete Disk Management Assistant

The Free one:

  • Those looking to simply partition drives or merge them and do all the basic jobs mentioned above in the post
  • People who hunt for great free software might love this one truly

The Professional one:

  • Those who own SSD and have a lot of hard drives or disks might find the Pro version very useful to manage
  • Tech geeks and PC enthusiast might also find the Pro version to be very user-friendly and helpful

Visit the Product page of this software to download it and use your required product on your PC or laptop. Check out the free partition manager

Mbappe : Real Madrid? You never know what the future holds!

Kylian Mbappe did not rule out a future move to Real Madrid.

French attacker Kylian Mbappe decided to join Paris Saint-Germain instead of Real Madrid when he had both offers on his table. Real Madrid and Monaco reportedly reached an agreement over his transfer yet Mbappe preferred to play in Paris. Now, the attacker has delivered some interesting quotes when asked about whether he will play for Real Madrid in the future or not.

Mbappe

Real Madrid have been long-term admirers of Mbappe and the 20-year-old star continues to be linked with the Champions League holders and LaLiga giants.

Mbappe, who helped France win the 2018 World Cup, was asked about Madrid following his hat-trick in the 9-0 humiliation of Guingamp on Saturday.

Kylian Mbappé on Twitter

Magnifique performance 🔴🔵 @PSG_inside

“I’m fine here, but in football – and the future, you never know,” Mbappe said via AS and Marca. “I’m very happy with how things are going for me at Paris Saint-Germain.

Mbappe has scored a Ligue 1-high 17 goals and 21 in all competitions this season. He added : “I’m under contract until 2021 and so now’s not the moment to think about anything else.”

Mbappe

Mbappe is definitely one of the best attackers in European football right now. His current contract with PSG expires in 2022 and a potential transfer would be extremely expensive for Real Madrid, so Los Blancos might decide not to be interested in his signing until Mbappe’s deal with PSG is about to expire.

Your Dreams are going to be True…

0

Your future dreams are going to be REAL.

And this is not a Joke even. Yes, you are reading right. But how? We are giving you the answer.

We all dreamed about flying cars right? At least once in our childhood or sometimes may be in the adult period also.

In CES 2019 Bell – Nexus displayed a car that can Fly. Unbelievable or not? If you can’t digest this, then what will happen when you see a bike without a rider?

There are some futuristic gadgets displayed in Vegas in this January that will enough to pause your other thots.

So, Get Started

BMW R 1200 GS

You will hardly get a person who doesn’t know about the BMW Company. This motor industry giant presents the prototype of BMW R 1200 GS in CES for the first time. The riderless driving capability is its specialty. Yes, this bike can ride, change gears, take turns, even can stop and start autonomously. But how it runs, BMW Team didn’t disclose that. Not the other basic information.

BMW_Riderless Bike_technosports.co.in

The purposes to make bike rider less is to make biking safer. Due to the autonomous facility, the bike can automatically detect the over speeding, improper backing, control during the terns and several other incidents that cause accidents. As this can be detected previously, the precautions can be taken. Comfort and smartness if it is the additions.

BMW R 1200 GS will be the gateway of Future Bikes, we hope.

Bell Nexus

This was one of the top attractions in CES-19.

Bell is an American Aerospace manufacturing Company scenes 1935. The manufactured Military Rotorcrafts as well.

Bell presents their future planning regarding Transportation. As the population increases, the transportation turns complicated. The traffic increases, nature balance get hampered. For the solution, Bell thinks to leave the ground and use the blank space on our head.

Their CEO and President Mitch Snyder said, “As space at the ground level becomes limited, we must solve transportation challenges in the vertical dimension – and that’s where Bell’s on-demand mobility vision takes hold.”

Bell_Flying Taxi_technosports.co.in

Nexus, the flying car has a capacity of five seats including the pilot. Though the planning is to make it Autonomous in its next version. It’s six jumbo size Rotors help it to take off and move. According to Bell, it can get 150miles/h of maximum speed.

UBER declares they bring this flying car as Flying Taxi in 2020. But how the protocol will be, still no one knows.

Jarvish Helmet

If you are a Marvel Fan, you must aware of this name. In reality, Jarvish Helmet is quite similar.

This is the World’s most advanced Smart Helmet. Simply you can say, it serves more than protection during rides. Voice assistant supports, commands, front and rear cameras, noise reduction technology, GPS all are included.

Its distraction-free Head-up display activates through the voice command. You can also take or reject calls, navigate your routes, look back via voice commands in a single display. Their own algorithms manage all this for you very easily.

It costs around $899. Cool, right?

We are eagerly waiting for all these technologies to make our life smarter, better and safer.

Chelsea agrees Gonzalo Higuain loan deal to move with Juventus

Chelsea have a great deal with Juventus to sign (*Sir) Gonzalo Higuain on loan until the end of the season. It is understood the loan could then be extended for another 12 months subject to certain conditions.

Higuain has been on loan at AC Milan from Juventus since the start of the season, with an option to buy at the end of the season. Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri is understood to be keen on bringing Higuain to Stamford Bridge, despite concerns from the club’s board.

Chelsea’s chief executive Marina Granovskaia remains unconvinced Higuain is the answer to the club’s striker problems. Higuain came off the bench for the final 20 minutes of AC Milan’s 1-0 Super Cup defeat to Juventus in Saudi Arabia.

Over the weekend Gattuso appeared to confirm Higuain was keen to leave the San Siro, saying “when a player makes up his mind it becomes hard to convince them otherwise”.

However, he has since backtracked on those comments: “He still hasn’t told me he wants to leave, I am still waiting. You know what I mean.”

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey agreed to join Juventus for free in the summer

The Wales international will leave Arsenal on a free when his contract expires in the summer and sign for Massimiliano Allegri’s men.

Aaron Ramsey has finally ended uncertainty about his future by agreeing a five-year, free-transfer summer move to Juventus worth around £36 million.

The midfielder completed his medical in London earlier this week, and now reports from Sky Italia and transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio have confirmed that Ramsey has signed on the dotted line for the Bianconeri and will be their player as of next season.

“Aaron Ramsey next June, done deal,” Italian journalist Fabrizioi Romano tweeted on Wednesday night. “His agent will be in Italy soon to meet Juventus director Paratici and sign the contract for next season. Here we go!”

He reportedly signed a five-year deal worth a reported £140,000 per week. It has been rumoured that Ramsey stands to pocket £7.2m per season in Italy for five years and will be Juve’s second highest earner behind only Cristiano Ronaldo, ahead of Paulo Dybala.

Aaron Ramsey

Ramsey joined Arsenal for £4.8m from Cardiff City. He has played 252 games for Arsenal, scoring 52 goals. He won three FA Cups with Arsenal. However, his career has been hit by injury and Arsenal decided not to renew his contract. Insted they renewed the contract of Mesut Ozil. His contract was also about to expire this summer.

But Ozil is yet to prove that Arsenal have made the right call. Controversially, many fans will be sorry to see Ramsey – a player with so much promise – leave for free.

Aaron Ramsey with the FA Cup

The 28-year-old will be keen to emulate the achievements of fellow Welshman John Charles at Juventus. Charles remains a legend in Turin after spending five years with the club between 1957 and 1962, during which he won three Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia trophies.
