A fresh update from Sport says that Antoine Griezmann is the key to Barca’s summer transfer business. Griezmann is splashed all over the front page of the Catalan daily who are firm that Paris Saint-Germain is interested in getting the Frenchman to replace Neymar.

Though Griezmann score 14 goals this season, the Balugranas are not satisfied with his performance. On the other hand, PSG’s priorities this summer will be to keep hold of Kylian Mbappe and they are likely ‘Frenchify’ their team and this is where Griezmann comes in.

Griezmann really had a hard time playing mostly as a left winger and didn’t seem impressive while he played the striker role for Barcelona but no one can deny he scored goals in the difficult situations this season. Most of the legendary players feel Griezmann needs time to settle but it seems the club might be using him to bring Neymar.

The Ligue 1 champions are really liking the idea of having French World Cup winner Griezmann in their team and they also think he could also help convince Mbappe to stay as he is linked to many clubs this summer and PSG is convinced to make a new contract with Mbappe.

In our previous Apple’s post, we have mentioned that the upcoming Apple iPhone will be launched on 15th April, which may be the missed out iPhone 9. But a current report obtained by 9to5Mac claims that the official marketing name for the new device will simply be iPhone SE with Apple referencing it as the 2020 version. The original iPhone SE was launched back in 2016 and this one will be the latest version of the previous model maintaining the traditional naming policy of Apple.

A screen protector is spotted in Apple’s online store which confirms the iPhone SE moniker and also hints the nearing of the launch. The phone cover is also seen to fit on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 which hints that the new device will feature a 4.7″ display. Previously we have seen a phone cover has surfaced on some shopping site which hints a new iPhone device with a 4.7-inch display.

Another new detail we have covered from the report is that the new iPhone SE will be offered with up to 256GB storage. Previous speculations stated the phone will only be offered in 64GB or 128GB trims. In addition, we learn the new budget iPhone will launch in black, white and red colors.

Few reports also confirm that the new iPhone SE will come with the A13 Bionic chipset and the pricing is expected to be between $399 and $499. All the major football leagues across the globe have been suspended almost indefinitely due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The world has come to a lockdown to tackle this outbreak.

After Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive for Coronavirus, Premier League was initially postponed till 3rd April. But the things didn’t get any better so they decided to extend the suspension till 30th April.

But sadly, things have further taken a turn for the worst. The world is mourning right now because of this COVID-19 outbreak. So Premier League has now decided that the football matches will not restart at the beginning of May. It will resume when it is appropriate and safe to play.

Premier League released a statement, which read: “At a meeting of Premier League shareholders today, clubs discussed in detail how to respond to the COVID-19 global pandemic.”

“First and foremost, it was reaffirmed that the overriding priority is to aid the health and wellbeing of the nation and our communities, including players, coaches, managers, club staff and supporters. It was acknowledged that the Premier League will not resume at the beginning of May – and that the 2019-20 season will only return when it is safe and appropriate to do so. The restart date is under constant review with all stakeholders, as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic develops and we work together through this very challenging time.”

“The Premier League is working closely with the whole of professional football in this country, as well as with the government, public agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the game achieves a collaborative solution. With this, there is a combined objective for all remaining domestic league and cup matches to be played, enabling us to maintain the integrity of each competition. However, any return to play will only be with the full support of the government and when medical guidance allows.”

As the EURO 2020 and Copa America 2020 has been moved back to 2021, the leagues will get time to finish off this season in June and July. So let’s hope for the best so that we can once again enjoy this glorious sport.

Bayern Munich had a poor start to this campaign. So to be back on track they sacked Niko Kovac in November and appointed Hansi Flick as the head coach on an interim basis.

The 55-year-old has impressed the club hierarchy after taking up the job. So now Flick has been gifted with a permanent contract till 2023 showcasing the trust and faith the club has put in him for taking the club forward.

Hansi Flick himself was a Bayern Munich player who played 5 seasons at the Allianz Arena in the 1980s.

Flick told Bayern Munich’s official website after penning down the contract: “I look forward to tackling the upcoming tasks together with my coaching staff and the team. The conversations I’ve had with the board were very good and evidenced the mutual trust that exists between us.

“Together, we have defined the direction we want to take in the coming years and I’m sure that we can achieve a lot together.”

According to Wikipedia, TikTok is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. It is used to create short dance, lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos. The app was launched in 2017 for iOS and Android in markets outside of China.

The success of TikTok has inspired YouTube to come up with an idea and now the company is developing an app which they are calling “Shorts” to compete with TikTok. Shorts will allow you to post the short videos on your feed in the app and it is planning to lure them with its rich licensing music library.

Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero thinks current club star Paulo Dybala has now become a complete player. He has transformed into a better player after he was linked to a move away from Juventus last season but decided to stay.

Del Piero thinks the way Dybala is growing, he can be the club captain one day. He told Sky Sport on Thursday: “Paulo has already worn the armband a few times and if it has already happened it is because they consider him to be up to it.”

“As far as I know him personally, I believe that his maturity has grown a lot, primarily due to the reaction he had after this summer, which underlines the growth in terms of personality. He has always been available and dedicated to work and I think he is complete in this respect too.”

Del Piero also thinks that Juventus can win the Champions League this season for the first time since 1996.

He said: “If the tournament [Champions League] will start again, Juve have everything to win this year. There are teams that in different ways have the potential to win, but Juve can do it.”

De Bruyne also had a fantastic start to this campaign despite Manchester City failing domestically. He scored 9 goals and provided 18 assists in 35 games in all competitions before this season was suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Del Piero told Sky Sports: “To define the strongest player, you should specify in what. In addition to the sacred names such as Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar that attract the audience at 360 degrees, there are players of incredible depth, like De Bruyne.”
