Quique Setiรฉn officially dismissed as Barรงa coach

The Cantabrian coach has officially been fired, according to MD. They say that it has been reported by the club that “the new coach will be announced in the coming days, within the framework of a broad restructuring of the first team.”

So, not only Setien is shown the exit doors, many of the players will be asked to leave as well as a part of “the so-called change” at the club after the heartbreaking loss to Bayern on Friday. This is the most humiliating result in club history as a result of the plenty of mistakes that the board under Bartomeu has done in the past few years.

Having landed for just seven months at Barรงa as a replacement for Ernesto Valverde, Setiรฉn has been sacked. MD says this was reported by the club through an official statement after the board of directors meeting at the Camp Nou offices.

Setien arrived promising a good game and he had a lot of expectations over Valverde. But not only he hasn’t lived up to it but has also ended the campaign without any title – something that had not happened since 2008.

Now, the Barcelona board will be appointing Ronald Koeman as the next coach of Barcelona. The Dutchman is currently over negotiations with the club and will soon take over the charge at the club.

This is just the start of the much proposed “changes” that are supposed to be taking place in the days to come. Also, there can even be a presidential election sooner as well, a lot of things are going on at the Camp Nou offices. A single humiliation has changed a lot of things that should have taken place earlier.

Ni Fei, president of ZTE mobile devicesย confirmedย via Weibo their intention of launching the first under-display Smartphone. While many brands have been working on such technology, it appears ZTE might beat them to it. Now the company’s official page on Weibo has already mentioned that the phone will be called ZTE Axon 20 5G instead of the previous name spotted in TENAA which is ZTE A20 5G.

The ZTE A20 5G or as per the official name ZTE Axon 20 5G comes with model number ZTE A2121 and been spotted recently on TENAA. The website has also revealed some specifications of the phone as well as some original images. From the image, it does not hint any presence of the physical camera in the front which means that the under-display camera is really coming with this phone.

As we know about the under-display camera of the smartphone, the company is trying to develop a new technique to improve the quality for the under-display camera. As ZTE is not the first company to produce the under-display camera smartphone but this technology we have already seen a year ago from Oppo, but ZTE will be the first smartphone brand that will mass produce an under-display camera smartphone.

The main hurdle in such an under-display camera smartphone is the poor light transmittance through a screen. But it seems that ZTE has managed to circumvent this hurdle by using a panel developed by Visionox, one of the biggest OLED manufacturers in China. As per the intel of GSMArena, the company has already completed the R&D of the UD camera and the company says it works by optimizing the pixel arrangement around the cameraโ€™s lens.

Rumored specifications of ZTE Axon 20 5G

According to TENAA, the phone will come with 6.92-inch (1,080ร—2,460 pixels) OLED display, quad rear camera setup including a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP sensor, and two 2MP sensors along with a 32MP under-display front camera.

The phone will run on Android 10 along with an octa-core CPU with a frequency of 2.4GHz paired with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage. The exact combination is still not known yet. The phone is listed with a 4,120mAh battery but there is no mention of fast charging.

Asus Zenfone 7 series will launch on August 26

Asus finally revealed the launch date of the most awaited Asus Zenfone 7 series on August 26. The series is expected to come with two different smartphones – the vanilla version and the Pro version. The launch will be held in Taiwan and Asus official YouTube channel will broadcast the live stream which starts at 2 PM local time.

We can expect different Snapdragon chip-sets in both the Zenfone devices. It is anticipated that the vanilla version will come with Snapdragon 865 SoC whereas we can expect Snapdragon 865+ for the Pro version. There is also a hint in the official Livestream thumbnail, that the phones might retain the previous motorized flip selfie camera and this time might include quad camera setup.

Previously we had spotted the Zenfone 7 and 7 Pro in source code of the kernel version. In the source code, we had explained how we found the chipsets of the two smartphones. Now, another source claims that the vanilla version had been spotted previously in the Geekbench listing with the Snapdragon processor and 16GB RAM. This time the phone is coming with a huge RAM. Other detailed specifications are still mysterious in for both the devices.

Asus has also launched its gaming smartphone ROG Phone 3 and is going to launch the 12GB RAM version of the Asus ROG Phone 3 in India on August 21. The phone will come with 256GB internal storage and will be priced at โ‚น57,999 for this version. The phone will be exclusively available via Flipkart.

Asus ROG Phone 3 is priced at Rs.49,999 for the base variant which has 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while the 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs.57,999. The phone will be available on Flipkart on 6th August at 12 AM.

On 5th August, just a day earlier than the Amazon Prime Day sale, Samsung held the Galaxy Unpacked event where it revealed five new products. The list includes Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Watch 3, Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Note 20 lineup, and Galaxy Z Fold 2. Among these five, the Note 20 lineup already came to India, no news regarding Z Fold 2, but today (17th August) both the Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Watch 3 step in India. The rest Galaxy Tab S7 is already listed on Amazon. So, we can expect its launch next week.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 is coming with a stainless still or titanium case, that is enough to provide better durability. More than 40 individual workout modes are enabled in it along with seven exercise modes. The running mode, trip detection, and all are also improved.

50 years of Paris Saint-Germain

French club Paris Saint-Germain has crossed 50 years of legacy this week. The club was founded 12th of August 1970 after the merger ofย Paris Football Clubย andย Stade Saint-Germain. PSG made an immediate impact by winning theย Ligue 2ย title in their first season and gaining promotion to Ligue 1.

Sadly, their momentum was soon stopped as the club split in 1972. Paris FC remained in Ligue 1, while PSG was administratively relegated to Division 3. PSG got their revenge in 1974 when they returned to Ligue 1 and Paris FC slipped into the division below.

PSG won their first major honour, the French Cup, in 1982, and their maiden Ligue 1 title in 1986. 1990 was among the most successful periods in PSG’s history. They claimed their 2nd league title, 3 French Cups, 2 League Cups, 2 French Super Cups, and, most importantly, the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1996.

After suffering a decline in fortunes during the 2000s, the club has enjoyed a revival since 2011 with increased financial backing. The club has won 7 league titles in the last 10 years. It shows their complete domination in their domestic league.

Samsung planning to move a part of its Smartphone production in India

According to a recent report of โ€œThe Economic Timesโ€, the South Korean giant Samsung is preparing to move a huge part of their production line to India. The source reveals that the company has submitted an estimated plan with Indian Govt. to produce devices worth $40 billion (Rs.3 lakh crore) in the next 5 years under PLI(Production Linked Incentive) scheme. It is also being reported that the phones of factory prices over $200(Rs.15,000) in Indian manufacturing hub will be exported in foreign countries.

In recent reports, Vietnam is the biggest manufacturing hub of Samsung. Before this China was the biggest hub but due to this pandemic situation they close their all hubs from China and want to invest in the Indian economy. A couple of months ago, Samsung announced a new factory in India which is located in Sector 81 in Noida. It has a production capacity of 120 million mobile devices in a month.

Apple has already invested $1 billion for the flagship iPhone 11 series. They also have applied to take benefits of the PLI scheme. They are also closing their manufacturing hub from China and shifted to India. So after Apple, Samsung might start its major productions in India from now on.

Samsung had launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on August 5 in the Samsung UNPACKED event. Both the phones are the recent flagship Notes of the brand. The Galaxy S20 series was launched long ago but the company seems not to stop with all the latest launches. Samsung is planning to launch a Fan Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S20 with 5G connectivity dubbed as Samsung Galaxy S20 fan Edition 5G.

Liverpool forward Sadio Mane had a terrific season guiding the Reds to their first-ever Premier League title in 30 years.

The Senegal international scored 18 goals and provided 7 assists as Liverpool showed their dominance in the Premier League. They accumulated a club-record total of 99 points.
