The 2020 Huawei Developer Conference was held today in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. In this event, Huawei officially revealed the HarmonyOS 2.0. Along with the Huawei Smart Screens which already use the HarmonyOS, devices like tabs and watches will also get this.
As per Huawei’s word the new HarmonyOS 2.0 is the first distributed OS that is specially built for the full-scenario era. This will enable voice interaction through cross-device collaboration, both the large and small screen interaction, fast network distribution, adaptive UI, and visual/utterable AI.
As per the Huawei consumer business CEO, Yu Chengdong they will release the beta version for the large screens as well as for watches and cars, the mobile version will come in December. The Huawei smartphones will get its support in 2021.
In addition, the HarmonyOS 2.0 will be open source. All the developers will get emulators, SDK packages, and IDE tools. Lastly, the beta version of the OS for smartphones will be available to the Chinese developers in the beginning.
In this event, Yu Chengdong said that they donated the source code to China’s Open Source Foundation and also announced the roadmap: “From September 10, HarmonyOS will be open source for 128KB-128MB terminal devices such as large screens, watches, and automobiles, and in April 2021, it will be open source for 128MB-4GB of memory. The end devices are open source and will be open source for all devices over 4GB after October 2021”.
It’s very much clear that Huawei is trying its best to survive after the US ban. It cans make any deal with any US-based company, can’t use any US-own technology, and more. In addition, probably Samsung and LG are also coming backward to supply displays to Huawei.
Going into the new season, defending champions Liverpool still have the strong sense of airy dominance and are capable of invoking fear in their opponents come match-day. But with the coronavirus pandemic impacting them and so many football clubs, transfers have been hard to come by for the club from Merseyside.
Having lost out on Werner to Chelsea and haggling on the fee for Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich, it is proving to be a tough time for Jurgen Klopp who feels that strength is still needed in some key departments. So then naturally, the only question that remains is – can Liverpool successfully defend their Premier League crown?
Liverpool’s only transfer so far has come in the form of Kostas Tsimikas from Olympiacos for a deal worth 13 million pounds. The Greek left-back is expected to be a cover for first choice Andy Robertson and will look to give him a run for his money. The news suggests that they are also looking to sell Wijnaldum to Barcelona, which would then unlock their transfer for Thiago from Bayern. Apart from that Kristoff Ajer of Celtic has also been looked at for the centre back position. But all of these are currently only targets and no developments have been made so far.
Strength
Once again, the biggest threat comes from THAT formidable trio of Mane, Salah and Firmino – who will be hell-bent on outscoring oppositions and keeping the fluid pressing philosophy intact. They also have the likes of Origi and Oxlade-Chamberlain alongside relatively new recruit Minamino which completes a set of good squad options from the bench. Liverpool managed to score 85 goals in 38 games while losing only 3 games last season. But as they often say, “attack wins you games, defence wins you titles”. With the best defence in the league last season, the overall potency of the side lie in star players occupying key positions and once again, lead the charge to command the first position.
Weakness
While it is hard to look at flaws of a champion side, the only deficits this team has is a slight lack of quality depth in some areas of midfield and defence. In defensive midfield and right-back, Fabinho and Alexander-Arnold would look to start most games. But were injuries to happen to them then the likes of young Curtis Jones and Neco Williams will be looked upon to play at the top level. Another weakness comes in the form of predictability and complacency, where previously Liverpool have lacked ideas and desire to finish games and instead ended up conceding goals first.

Key players
As unique as it may sound, none more than Virgil Van Dijk has had a phenomenal impact at Liverpool. The commanding Dutch centre-back has led from the back and scored from the front, making him the defensive leader that the Reds so long craved for. In the attack, Mohamed Salah will look to be the pace-filled dynamo weaving with great footwork and long-range goals to provide the impetus in Klopp’s 4-3-3.
Predicted table finish
2nd Place: Although they will be leading contenders for many experts, Liverpool might have a title race fight on their hands. With the transfer market so important and rivals strengthening, it is difficult to see them win the title with ease again like last season.

Poco M2 is the latest offering from the Xiaomi spinoff brand Poco in India and for its features and price it fights head to head to Xiaomi’s own Redmi 9 or Redmi 9 Prime and many people out there are having doubts on whether Poco M2 is Redmi 9 Prime is it any different.
So it turned out Poco’s M2 is a huge bummer to company’s fans in India who were expecting an original smartphone from Poco but Poco turned their back on us by launching another rebranded Redmi smartphone in the country. So from every evident perspective, Poco M2 is Redmi 9 Prime but with few different changes which we’ll be discussing below to clear our views on this.
POCO M2
So the one prominent difference between the Redmi 9 Prime and Poco M2 which can be seen physically is different back. Everything is the same from the quad-camera setup which consists a 13MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor to the 6.53″ FullHD+ display with a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing 8MP sensor and has Gorilla Glass 3 protection just like the Redmi 9 Prime and even the same 5000mAH battery is being used here which can be charged over the 18W but Poco is shipping the standard 18W charger in the box same as Redmi but Poco has given M2 the M2 Pro treatment as it has the same dual-tone plastic back and also it’s available in three different colors Brick Red, Slate Blue, and Pitch Black.
Redmi 9 Prime
Well speaking of internals Poco has changed a little bit but not completely so technically at the end of the day its the only Redmi 9 Prime just with a Poco branding on it. The only bump which Poco M2 got is the terms of RAM which got increased to 6GB from Redmi 9 Prime’s 4GB while keeping the same SoC at its heart, the Mediatek Helio G80 along with 64/128GB of internal storage.
Apart from the few minor changes in hardware, the Poco M2 comes with a cleaner MIUI which doesn’t offer up advertisements which Poco likes to call PocoUI so if you want an ad-free experience then you can go with the Poco M2 because there might not be many differences between the Redmi 9 Prime and Poco M2.
The decision is totally up to you whether you would like to shell out an extra INR 1000 for the base variant or you can get the more Ram and ad-free experience for just INR 500 if you go for the 6GB/128GB variant.

The number of days remaining for IPL 2020 is in single digits. Today we take a closer look at the team which needs no introduction, the Mumbai Indians.
The Mumbai Indians hold the record for winning the IPL for a whopping four times. They also hold the record for the most number of IPL wins (107). Needless to say, the team has provided team India with world-class cricketers like Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal, Dhawal Kulkarni, Ambati Rayadu, etc.
We will closely examine each and every aspect of one of the most important teams of the IPL.
(PC- CricketAddictor)
History
The Indians started showing their calibre in the first season as well. After losing the first four matches, the team went to win six consecutively to finish fifth. MI hasn’t looked back ever since. The franchise went on to qualify for playoffs for the next six years from 2010 to 2016. The team made into playoffs under the leadership of Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar and veteran Harbhajan Singh.
(PC- Popular Indi News)
However, it was until 2013 when a young Rohit Sharma took the captaincy mid-season from Ricky Ponting. Sharma led MI to their first IPL trophy in that season itself. He has led MI to four IPL trophies in seven years becoming the most successful IPL captain.

They have also featured legendary cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Pointing, Sanath Jayasuriya, Shaun Pollock, Herschelle Gibbs and Yuvraj Singh.

2013: Champions
2014: 4th place
2015: Champions
2016: 5th place

2018: 5th place
2019: Champions
Squad for IPL 2020
Rohit Sharma (Captain), Suryakumar Yadav, Anmolpreet Singh, Sherfane Rutherford, Chris Lynn, Saurabh Tiwary, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Digvijay Deshmukh, Prince Balwant Rai Singh, Ishan Kishan, Aditya Tare, Quinton de Kock, Rahul Chahar, Anukul Roy, Jayant Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Mitchell McClenaghan, Trent Boult, Dhawal Kulkarni, Nathan colter-Nile, Mohsin Khan and James Pattinson.
How will they perform in IPL 2020?
BATTING – The Mumbai Indians’ batting lineup is pretty much the same as it was last year. The franchise likes to establish consistency. This time, however, they have made it even more equipped. Rohit Sharma will open the batting alongside dynamic keeper-batsman, Quinton de Kock. They will be followed by the young yet IPL tested duo of Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan.
Their strength and in a way weakness is their lower middle-order. They will have the brutally attacking trio of Keiron Pollard, Hardik and Krunal Pandya. There has been a consistency issue for them, however, even if one of them performs, it will be dangerous for the opposing team.
Another X-factor the MI have is the signing of Chris Lynn. Getting Lynn for a relatively low fee was a steal. Though he may be used sparingly, he can be a dangerous option at opening and number 3 spot as well.
BOWLING – The bowling has been a sort of relative weakness for the Indians. The attack will be efficiently led by one of the best, Jasprit Bumrah. Due to Lasith Malinga’s withdrawal, he may be replaced probably by Mitchell McClenaghan. McClenaghan has been a man with a golden arm, however, can be expensive at times. McClenaghan’s economy and Malinga’s withdrawal should not be an issue for MI as they have many options like Trent Boult, Nathan Coulter-Nile, and James Pattinson. They also have an experienced Dhawal Kulkarni who can chip in if they want to make the batting stronger by adding Lynn.
The spin bowling has been looking really formidable as well. Rahul Chahar became a prime bowler during the last season especially. He will be assisted by allrounder Krunal Pandya. Pandya can be extremely handy but a bit expensive at times. He will be useful in UAE pitches due to his pace variation. They also have veteran Jayant Yadav as an off-spinning option who can bat as well.
It’s safe to say that Mumbai Indians are the strongest side going into IPL 2020. If their middle-order and economy of bowlers hold up, they will once again be the favorites to lift the Trophy.

7. Gabriel Magalhaes
Arsenal signed Lille defender Gabriel for €26.00 million in the current transfer window. One of the best young centre backs in all of Europe, Gabriel will provide some well-needed reinforcement to Arsenal’s backline. In addition, he can also link up well with native Brazilian David Luiz and can learn a lot from his experience.
6. Ferran Torres
Valencia must be under tremendous financial pressure at the moment. They’ve sold Rodrigo, Danny Parejo, Francis Coquelin and one of their brightest young stars in Ferran Torres and have no new arrivals.
Nevertheless, Ferran Torres only recently made his debut for Spain and under fellow Spaniard Pep Guardiola, he has the chance to make a name for himself playing for Manchester City, one of the biggest clubs in Europe right now.
5. James Rodriguez
Recent reports from Spain have brought to light that Everton has signed the former Real Madrid star for less than a bag of chips. Fans can only dream of the blistering pace on Bayern‘s left-wing, with Alphonso Davies and Leroy Sane in the same squad. For all we know, Sane is set to win a treble in his first season in Bavaria given the squad he’s a part of.

Chelsea have done some fantastic business in the transfer market this season with the deals of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell, Malang Sarr, Thiago Silva and Kai Havertz already over the line. If that wasn’t enough, they’re also targeting Declan Rice and Eduoard Mendy of Rennes after over 200 million pounds already spent.
