Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is all set to be re-elected in his post for the next four years. Perez has already been in charge for 12 years and will be automatically given another four years in the cabinet until 2025 if no other candidate comes up for the election.
So far, Perez has been the only candidate who has stepped up after elections were called last week. No other individual has put forward their candidacy since they also have to put forward a sum worth €124 million, which is a certain amount of the budget of the club. The stance is much similar to that of Barcelona and Joan Laporta when he contested the elections again.
The news comes via Diario AS, and with time only until 12 days for potential candidates to emerge and one business day to accumulate the funds, it is unlikely that any other person will actually step up and challenge Perez for his throne in the Real Madrid boardroom.
Under Perez, Madrid completed the Decima and emerged as the single biggest club in Europe. While they have been struggling in recent years since the departure of an iconic figure like Cristiano Ronaldo, they remain the same fundamentally.
A new era is likely to begin at Madrid this summer, and if the signings of Kylian Mbappe or Erling Haaland are carried out, then we could be looking at a more concrete model of the Madrid of the future, with Perez being the architect of the project.
Despite the absence of fans, the first El Clasico of the 20/21 season did not disappoint, as Real Madrid managed to get the better of Barcelona to push a 3-1 victory. The second El Clasico won’t disappoint either are both the teams are on fine form. Real Madrid have also recently beaten Liverpool which would give them an added self-belief in this tough week.
After playing 29 matches each, Atletico Madrid are on top of the table with 66 points, followed by Barcelona with 65 points. Real Madrid are third with 63 points. This year’s El Clasico will provide a different dimension as neither of the clubs are at the front of winning the La Liga. Atletico Madrid are leading the race but they have faltered in recent times so the second El Clasico is likely to be a title decider like previous times.
Tottenham are reportedly still on the verge of agreeing on a new contract with Son Heung-min and have been in negotiations with the Korean for the better part of the season. The player has emerged as one of the most important figures on the pitch for the London club, with 22 goal contributions in the league for Spurs.
He has formed a formidable partnership with Harry Kane and the pair has been an absolute revelation under Jose Mourinho, with both forwards assisting each other’s goals numerous times throughout the season. While Tottenham are not at the top of the league anymore, Spurs are still confident that they will talk things out with their player and convince him to extend.
The same certainty possibly does not extend to their single best player over the last few years, Harry Kane. The England captain has been absolutely outstanding as an individual performer this season, being both the top scorer and the highest assist provider so far this season, amassing 32 goal contributions in 28 games played.
There have been rumours in recent days which say that Kane is planning on moving on from Spurs for good in the summer. The main reason being the severe drought of silverware, and at 28, a striker of the calibre of Kane does not have a lot of time left to have a career decorated with trophies to supplement his talent on the pitch.

While he has three years left on his contract, the Spurs will be determined to keep a hold on him for the future, but Kane could try and force his way out especially if Champions League football does not come through next season.

Design and build quality
The boat AAVANTE Bar 1190 90W 2.2 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar sports a premium look despite being in the mid-range price section. The Bluetooth Soundbar is quite long, measuring 96 cm, so before buying you should check that you have adequate space to keep it, or you may face some issues in adjusting it.
However, the long shape of the boat AAVANTE Bar 1190 90W 2.2 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar gives it an exquisite design with a premium finish. It also has two built-in dual active subwoofers to give you enough baas to enjoy your movie sessions. There are also buttons on one end of the soundbar despite having a full functionality remote.
The build quality of the soundbar is also decent, and it won’t feel cheap or low-quality. The remote’s quality is also good, and unfortunately, it fell a few times from my hand, but you won’t fear damaging it cause it is quite sturdy. The remote has all the functionalities, which make it very easy to operate. You can change the connectivity modes, treble or baas and other things with the remote, making it very useful.
However, the wall mounting kit looks a bit off as the things are made of plastic which will make you doubt whether it can hold the soundbar on the wall strongly. But as long as you don’t plan to have it wall-mounted, there’s no issue with the build quality. And if you really want to mount it on the wall, then call a technician and take their opinion.
Connectivity
The boat AAVANTE Bar 1190 90W 2.2 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar has a host of connectivity options. It has HDMI, USB, AUX and COAX ports along with the Bluetooth option. So that makes it 5 connectivity options and you can’t ask for anything more. The Bluetooth Soundbar has absolutely killed it in the connectivity section offering such a wide range of options.
When you switch on the soundbar, you will get a red light displayed. Then you have to press the power button on the remote or the soundbar. It will then display the connectivity mode you’re on. You can change the connectivity mode from the remote as well as by the mode button on the soundbar.
In the case of Bluetooth connectivity, after displaying ‘bt’, you can find the name ‘AAVABTE BAR 1190’ in the list of Bluetooth devices available on your phone or laptop or any other device you want to connect. It’s straightforward to operate.
Audio quality
The audio quality of the boat AAVANTE Bar 1190 90W 2.2 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar is quite satisfying. You can’t compare it to a JBL or Bose soundbar but in this price range, this is the best sound quality you can get.
It features a 90W RMS boat signature sound which is amazing. The speakers are also very loud, and you won’t be required (or you can say ‘can’t’ as well) to play it on full volume.
Thanks to the two built-in dual active subwoofers, you will get enough bass to enjoy the sound quality. It also has a treble and baas balancer on the remote, which is actually quite helpful.
The Bluetooth soundbar also has 4 entertainment equalizer modes: Music, Movie, News and 3D. Overall, the audio quality of the soundbar is beyond any question, and you’ll definitely be satisfied with it.
Pros and cons
Pros
Cons
90W RMS boat signature sound
The length of the soundbar could have been a little less
5 connectivity options
Low quality wall mounting kit
2 built-in dual active subwoofers
Full functionality remote
Verdict
If you’re looking for a Bluetooth Soundbar with a rich audio quality without pinching your pocket, the boat AAVANTE Bar 1190 90W 2.2 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar is the best you can get your hands on.
Keep an eye on Amazon, and if you can get it for Rs 3,999 like me, it will be an absolute win-win situation. Even if you have to shell out Rs 5,999, just go for it as it can’t get any better.

The missing piece in the AMD roadmap puzzle is solved
We got the AMD’s broad roadmap months ago and that did reveal about the next-gen processors from the Red Team. MebiuW posted it last year and gave us the hint of new codenames which until now was unheard, however, it looked a part of a broad roadmap.
via Videocardz
This roadmap gave idea of AMD’s 2021 and somewhat idea of 2022 lineup with leaks of Warhol, Van Gogh which are yet to see in action. Also, gave a hint of AMD’s 2022 lineup including the mainstream desktop processors like Raphael or low wattage APUs like Dragon Crest or Rembrandt.
However, now you have a detailed AMD client roadmap for its upcoming processors; thanks to @Olrak29_, we now have this puzzle solved finally! Warhol seems to be the next-gen AMD Ryzen 6000 series processors with new Zen 3+ cores, although the use of the 6nm process seems quite doubtful.
Warhol is most likely to be seen at the end of this year, while Rembrandt will follow the new Cezanne APUs and sport RDNA 2 graphics finally, along with new Zen 3+ cores seen by the end of this year and much-awaited PCIe gen 4 support on mobile.
Also, you can expect the new AM5 or FP7 socket with Rembrandt, whereas Warhol is still rumored to stretch the lifespan of the AM4 socket. Whereas much like AMD’s Zen 2 refreshed Lucienne APUs, we will also see Zen 3 refreshed Barcelo APUs with the same Vega 8 graphics based on the older FP6 socket.
Interestingly, Van Gogh hasn’t made its way still, maybe because of the chip shortage, however an APU with a power of a chip present inside Xbox or PlayStation is an exciting prospect altogether. However, we can keep our fingers crossed to see these next-gen powerful APUs introduced this year.
Meanwhile, we already have a leak of the Van Gogh successor codenamed Dragon Crest, however, its prospect seems to be very weak. The interesting factor seems the upcoming Ryzen 7000 series processors codenamed Raphael that shows the mention of Zen 4 cores based on a 5nm process and a whole new AM5 socket.
Raphael will also bring support from DDR5 RAMs as by next year, you will see them sold commercially and PCIe gen 5 support. The interesting thing is the mention of RDNA 2 graphics. If the upcoming Ryzen CPUs sport such powerful integrated graphics, AMD will have a keen advantage over Intel, showing promise with its Xe graphics.
Whereas the future mobile Ryzen processors of the Ryzen 7000 series could also sport 5nm based Zen 4 cores along with PCIe 5 and DDR5 RAM support and RDNA 2 graphics. Now, on the HPC side, we only see the mention of the upcoming Threadripper processors with Zen 3 cores codenamed Chagall.
Leeds United managed to pick up an upset victory against Manchester City with the scoreline reading 2-1 at the end of the game. The boys from Elland Road did well to build on their 1-1 draw earlier at home this season and this time, came away with all three points after a late winner scored by Stuart Dallas in injury time.
City enjoyed the lion’s share of the ball, with the home side having 71% of the total possession. Having the ball so much, they managed to create 29 chances but had only one goal to show for it, scored by Ferran Torres in the 76th minute.
FT: Man City 1-2 Leeds United.
NOW can people stop complaining about the media praising Bielsa and Leeds?

Marcelo Bielsa’s men only had a quarter of possession but managed to take two shots, both of which resulted in goals. The statistics of course, go on to show a shot accuracy of 100% showing the clinical finishing of the men in white.
Leeds captain Liam Cooper was sent off right before half time for an accidental foul on Gabriel Jesus that was deemed dangerous by VAR. The offender was shown a yellow card by the referee on the pitch, but was later overruled by VAR to limit them down to ten men.
Man City's average positions in the second half against Leeds United. Hilarious. pic.twitter.com/dSdvp7Zicw
However, 10 men proved to be enough for Bielsa who took off Patrick Bamford and replaced him with Pascal Struijk. The visitors did amazingly well to beat Pep Guardiola’s men at home and prove that they deserve to remain in the Premier League and get better.
City had a rotated squad with Kevin De Bruyne, Ruben Dias, Ilkay Gundogan and Rodri rested for their second leg clash against Dortmund in the Champions League.
Raheem Sterling was particularly wasteful, and could be replaced with the plethora of wingers already at the club due to his lack of clinical finishing despite the number of chances created for him throughout games.
As confirmed by Dortmund’s sporting director Michael Zorc, the club is set to lose about €70-80 million due to the absence of fans this season. This financial crunch will be further aggravated if Dortmund fail to qualify for the Champions League next season since a top-four finish warrants considerable financial backing for clubs to prepare for the top flight of European competition.
The black and yellow club could be forced to sell either Erling Haaland or Jadon Sancho this summer if that becomes a reality. The Norwegian has been linked with a move away for the majority of the year, with clubs circling for his signature this summer itself.
While Dortmund have been adamant on trying to retain Haaland this summer, it is a matter of time before they eventually have to let him go. If not this summer, for a massive bid worth over €100 million, then surely in 2022 since his release clause worth €75 million comes into effect.
His agent, Mino Raiola and father, Alf Inge Haaland were in Spain a few weeks ago and were reportedly talking to Barcelona and Real Madrid regarding the project in place and their plans for the future of the squad.
Although Sancho’s performances have dropped this season, the Englishman is slowly getting back to his best. Manchester United were on the verge of capturing the player last summer and are expected to come back this year as well, and a fee worth €80 million could do the trick to sign the player and alleviate Dortmund’s financial burdens too.

The coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the world. The whole world came to a standstill in 2020, but now things have slowly started to get back to normal.
The European Championship was supposed to be held in 2020 but was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
UEFA has now declared that the matches of the Euro 2021 will be played with spectators in the stadiums.
🏆 Spectators will be allowed to return safely to venues for #EURO2020.
🏟️ Eight host cities have confirmed stadium capacities. Decisions on matches in the remaining four host cities will be made on 19 April.
Eight of the host cities for Euro 2021 have had their schedules rubberstamped and are as follows:
100% capacity: Budapest (subject to strict entry requirements)
50%: Baku, St Petersburg (subject to negative COVID-19 test)
25-33%: Amsterdam, Bucharest, Copenhagen, Glasgow (the capacity for the former three may rise)
25%: London (this is a minimum and may rise for semi-finals and/or final)
However, it is unclear as yet what the plan will be for the other four venues. Munich, Rome, Bilbao and Dublin have until April 19 to provide additional information on their plans before they can be guaranteed games as planned.
The second El Clasico of the 2020-21 season will be played on 10th April. Real Madrid are the host for the game on Matchday 30.
The match will kickoff at 12:30 am IST (Sunday, 11th April). It will be a late-night kickoff to allow all the fans worldwide to get a taste of the biggest game in club football.
The El Clasico is always surrounded by dramas on and off the field, and this time, it isn’t different either. Mateu Lahoz was appointed as the referee of this El Clasico, but an injury has ruled him out of the game.
This is the statement, via Sport: “The Arbitration Committee of the Professional Competition (CACP) has changed the appointment of referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz due to a muscle injury , the referee initially appointed to direct the match between Real Madrid CF – FC Barcelona on matchday 30 of the First Division . “
The RFEF has now appointed Gil Manzano as the replacement of Mateu Lahoz. He will now be in charge of keeping order at the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium.
