Apple brings new Apple Music Sing feature for Karaoke lovers

The feature will be available later this month to Apple Music subscribers worldwide and can be enjoyed on iPhone, iPad, and the new Apple TV 4K. “Apple Music’s lyrics experience is consistently one of the most popular features of our service,” said Oliver Schusser, Apple’s vice president of Apple Music and Beats.

“We already know our users all over the world love to follow along to their favourite songs, so we wanted to evolve this offering even further to enable even more engagement around music through singing. It’s really a lot of fun, our customers are going to love it.”

Here are all the features that Apple Music Sing brings on board:

  • Adjustable vocals: Users now have control over a song’s vocal levels. They can sing with the original artist’s vocals, take the lead, or mix it up on millions of songs in the Apple Music catalogue.
  • Real-time lyrics: Users can sing along to their favourite songs with animated lyrics that dance to the rhythm of the vocals.
  • Background vocals: Vocal lines sung simultaneously can animate independently from the main vocals to make it easier for users to follow.
  • Duet view: Multiple vocalists show on opposite sides of the screen to make duets or multi-singer tracks easy to sing along to.

Apple is rushing to move out of China as COVID protocols and riots intensify

Apple is attempting to accelerate its shift away from Chinese manufacture as demonstrations over the country’s strict zero-Covid policies grow and riots disrupt production.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the technological behemoth is stepping up attempts to relocate production to other Asian countries such as India and Vietnam in order to separate itself from Foxconn, one of the company’s key suppliers and the operator of the world’s largest iPhone plant in China.

While the move has been planned for months, insiders told the Journal that recent uprisings at the Zhengzhou facility have pushed Apple to take action.

At November, employees in Zhengzhou’s “iPhone City” erupted in violent protests over withholding pay and strict zero-Covid restrictions, prompting a lockdown. As the protests increased, Foxconn, which employs over 300,000 manufacturing workers, offered them $1,400 to quit and later $1,800 bonuses to stay in order to keep its haemorrhaging workforce.

The protests, which took place at the start of the holiday shopping season in the United States, caused substantial supply chain disruptions and shortages of Apple iPhone items. According to Bloomberg, the company is projected to face a shortage of 6 million iPhone Pros as a result of the protests.

The impact of the turbulence on Apple’s bottom line has created a sense of urgency to diversify production away from China, which has long dominated the company’s manufacturing. However, the Journal claimed that the economic downturn and delayed hiring are making it difficult to outsource production and form partnerships with new suppliers.

According to the Journal, Apple intends to source up to 45% of iPhone production from factories in India, where it presently produces in the single digits, and to increase production of products such as desktops, watches, and AirPods in Vietnam.

Morocco 0-0 Spain (3-0 pens): Exceptional Bono helps seal quarter final spot

0

Morocco have become only the fourth African team to qualify for the quarter finals of the World Cup. They defeated 2010 winners Spain 3-0 on penalties to win their Round of 16 tie as the underdogs.

The two teams could not score even after 120 minutes of intense football, which sent the game to penalties. And a career-defining performance from Bono helped them punch their ticket for the quarter finals by defeating one of the biggest teams in the competition yet again.

Morocco defeat Spain on penalties to go through

Bono kept a clean sheet even after 120 minutes of football, and kept out three successive penalties. As a result, Morocco won the penalty shootout without allowing their opponents a single converted spot-kick.

Pablo Sarabia hit the post, while Sergio Busquets and Carlos Soler were both denied by the goalkeeper. Achraf Hakimi, born in Madrid, scored the decisive penalty to send his country through.

Prior to the tournament, Luis Enrique confirmed that his players were tasked with practising a thousand penalties ahead of the World Cup. But, they were unable to win with the pressure mounted on them. And they have now become the team to lose the most penalty shootouts at the World Cup, with four defeats.

Moreover, this is their third international tournament exit following the 2018 World Cup and the 2020 Euros. Morocco are the first Arab country to have made it this far, and will be expected to put up a huge fight for a spot in the last four, like they did today.

The Last of US:  Joel and Ellie’s new Daughter-Father Relationship is Really very Attracting

It’s been a few years since HBO dropped the first official, ‘The Last of US‘ series clip as a part of the medley of the latest series. The teaser may be twenty-second long, but the viewers and fans have to wait for a long time. Recently Sony and GBO declared that they had been working on The Last of Us TV adaptation in March 2020, just a few months before the exposure of The Last of Us Part II hit on PlayStation 4. This will become the first HBO adaptation of a game, and one rumor also suggests it was the largest TV production in Canadian history, the first season was shoot in Calgary, Alberta.

Neil Druckman who is known as the co-creator of the series got hugely involves, writing along with Chernobyl GB O miniseries properly we can say a feature film just like Scary Movie 3 and 4, the Hangover Part II and III, The Huntsman:  Winter’s War, and definitely an upcoming Borderlands adaptation that has featured Cate Blanchett.

Last

In the first season, we have seen that the series is simply moving to the first game. There was a superficial thing that should a character wear the exact plaid shirt or like the same red shirt? We have to find the core of who these people are along with the core of their journey. It’s true sometimes things are pretty close. It contained some pretty dialogue. Many times, they just deviate greatly too much with better effect as we have to deal with some different mediums.

As an example, in the game, there is so much action you have to face to train the player on mechanics. There is more violence, and more spectacle to some degree than you rather require on a TV show as there is no need to train people on using the gun.

The Last of US: Cast

The show features Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Gabriel Luna as Tommy, Merle Dandridge as Marlene, Anna Torv as Tess, Storm Reid as Riley Abel, and Nick Offerman as Bill. The short teaser confirms the show will hit in next year.

The Last of US: Release Date

The last of Us going to premiere on HBO on 15th January 2023, at 3:00 p.m. ET. The film is going to be available to stream on HBO Max.

FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 TV ratings in India are down by 10-15% compared to the 2018 edition

The World Cup is the biggest football tournament on earth. It is considered the pinnacle of world football. The 2022 edition of the World Cup is currently going on in Qatar. However, the TV ratings in India for this World Cup have decreased compared to the last edition in 2018.

The TV ratings for the 1st ten matches of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 have fallen down by 10-15% compared to the 2018 tournament. In 2018, the tournament was broadcasted by Sony Networks in India, but this time, the newly launched sports channel Sports18 is broadcasting the tournament.

FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 TV ratings in India are down by 10-15% compared to the 2018 edition

The latest viewership data which has been released by the BARC has revealed that the opening day of the FIFA World Cup 2022 registered a reach of 9.7 million (BARC data: 2+U+R; including DD) and consumption of 0.48 billion minutes.

The 64 live matches of the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 were watched by a total of 110.5 million viewers across India on the Sony Network. However, this time the first 10 matches have got less than 20 million viewers.

In India, the craze for the World Cup and football is the highest in West Bengal, Kerala, Maharashtra, Goa, Assam, Sikkim and other North East states. But this time the TV ratings is lower.

One major factor which could have influenced the downfall of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 TV ratings in India can be the free live streaming of the matches on JioCinema. In today’s world, most people have smartphones and laptops and prefer to watch live streaming of matches and on top of that when you can watch it for free, it is attracting more interest.

Upcoming AMD Ryzen 7000X3D processors to launch at original Ryzen 7000 pricing

1

An interesting rumour has come up of late about the upcoming Ryzen 7000 processors with 3D V-Cache dubbed as Ryzen 7000X3D, launching in 2023 itself that their pricing will be revolutionary. Yes, you hear it right, these new CPUs with giant cache memory will cost the original price of the Ryzen 7000 processors, i.e. 8 core for $449, 12 core for $549 and 16 core for $799.

AMD Ryzen 7000

AMD Ryzen 7000X3D is incoming in 2023 – Over 200MB cache & up to 33% faster than Core i9-13900K

As we know, AMD originally launched these Zen 4-based chips back in September with these prices but as soon as Intel came up with their own Raptor Lake chips, AMD had no other option but to reduce pricing to stay competitive. Well, the move really supported AMD because as the AM5 platform costs are higher, this is a much-appreciated move.

After the price cuts, these AMD chips show a much better price-to-performance ratio than the 13th Gen Intel chips but yes in terms of multi-core performance for the lower-end SKUs, AMD is still behind Intel. Now, to tackle all this, AMD looks forward to introducing new Ryzen 7000X3D processors with Zen 4 at the heart but with the same 3D V-cache chip-stacking technology they introduced back with Ryzen 7 5800X3D.

Obviously, even during the Ryzen 7000 launch, we asked AMD regarding this Ryzen 7000X3D processor and officials said they cannot comment on this but didn’t rule them out completely. Now, as per multiple leaks and rumours, AMD is planning to launch these new & revolutionary chips even before our launch expectation timeline, at CES 2023 itself.

It makes because having lost the performance crown to Intel, the Red team will wait for no further to reclaim it and as they have implemented already, bringing it to Zen 4 with TSMC will be no big deal for AMD. So, the company is expected to launch 3 of these new Ryzen 7000X3D processors which include the 8-core Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X3D and 16-core Ryzen 9 7950X3D.

Based on the same AM5 platform, these chips as per rumours will cost the original price as the last 4 Ryzen 7000 processors they launched earlier, i.e. the Ryzen 7 7800X3D could retail for $449, Ryzen 9 7900X3D for $549 and Ryzen 9 7950X3D for $799. Yes, obviously these are rumours but have practicality indeed because these Ryzen 7000X3D processors are said to be up to 33% faster than the Core i9-13900K, we assume in terms of gaming.

In our Ryzen 7 5800X3D review, we saw great potential just via increasing cache in a new way but improvements in single-core or multi-core weren’t that great. However, we expect AMD to do some tweaks this time to show their performance dominance over Intel and with time we will know more about these upcoming AMD Ryzen 7000X3D processors which are said to launch at CES 2023 and make their way to market by March 2023.
