The marvelous post-apocalyptic horror movie ‘Bird Box Barcelona’ will now be available on the streaming giant Netflix. Having a fascinating original premise, the film has quickly become an internet sensation, allocating huge space in the heart of the fan. The movie starts with a mass outbreak of unexplainable suicides mainly taking place across the United States, Europe, and Asia. With time, the entire world is rapidly entering into panic and chaos, unveiling the cause of society’s demise.  

We will see that mysterious and demonic creatures have come to take control of Earth. The remaining will have a mere glance at these creatures is enough to drive a person to insanity. The fans of the original Bird Box are going to notice a nod to the original. On having a shot of the woman at Malorie’s hospital appointment shows her repeatedly banging her head into a glass window.

In this, we will see that the streets of Spain are filled with fleeing citizens, with anchors across the world that narrates the unexplainable events in multiple languages. It seems that Sebastian rushes from his office making to his car, and a shocking incident gets clear to him that becomes worse.

Bird Box Barcelona will follow a parallel timeline along with the original and takes place in Barcelona, Spain. The film follows Sebastian with his young daughter, Anna. They have attempted to navigate the barren streets of their city.  At the time of avoiding the creatures responsible for a rapid decline in the global population. In this Sebastian and Anna make an uneasy alliance with a group of fellow survivors. Now, the father and daughter must face an “even more sinister” threat than the creatures capable of driving a human to end their own life.

Bird Box Barcelona is definitely one of the Spanish-language adaptations 2018 post-apocalyptic horror film Bird Box. The original Bird Box begins with a Malorie Hayes. Malorie has fled the hospital and makes her way outside. In this sequel, streets have already been rife with carnage. After five years, Malorie and her children execute to row down a river. She has explained that if they removed their blindfolds and they will be met with certain death. 

Bird Box Barcelona: Cast  

Bird Box Barcelona stars Mario Casas as Sebastian and Alejandra Howard as his daughter Anna. Joining them in various roles are Georgina Campbell, Diego Calva, Michelle Jenner, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Lola Duenas, Patrick Criado, and Gonzalo de Castro. 

Bird Box Barcelona has been written and directed by David Pastor and Alex Pastor. The two have collaborated such as Carriers, The Last Days, and Self/less. Now, the producers contain Dylan Clark, Chris Morgan, Josh Malerman, and Ryan Lewis as Núria Valls and Adrián Guerra. The executive producers of the film are Ainsley Davies, involved in the 2018 film, and Brian Williams. Daniel Aranyó serves as the movie’s cinematographer. Zeltia Montes has composed the score for the film. 

The movie production companies contain Nostromo Pictures, Netflix Studios, Chris Morgan Productions, and Dylan Clark Productions, with Netflix handling the distribution.
