Bigg Boss 20 or Not? Akanksha Chamola Finally Settles the Rumors Herself

Fresh off her buzzworthy run on Lock Upp 2, Akanksha Chamola has fans wondering what’s next for her — and rumors of a Bigg Boss 20 entry have been doing the rounds. Turns out, the actress has a very honest answer to give.

Chamola became one of the most talked-about names on Lock Upp 2, thanks to several viral moments and her candid personality. But when it comes to signing up for another intense reality show right away, she’s drawing a clear line.

What Akanksha Chamola Actually Said

Speaking to News18, Akanksha made it clear that Bigg Boss isn’t on her radar at the moment. She admitted to feeling completely drained after her time on Lock Upp, saying she barely lasted 30 days there and doesn’t see herself surviving a grueling 90-day stint in the Bigg Boss house right now.

That said, she didn’t shut the door on reality television entirely. When asked about Khatron Ke Khiladi, the stunt-based reality show known for its physically demanding challenges, she sounded far more open, calling it fun and hinting she might actually consider it down the line.

The Shreya Kalra Fallout

Beyond addressing the Bigg Boss buzz, Akanksha didn’t hold back while discussing her equation with fellow contestant Shreya Kalra. She called her one of the most difficult people she encountered on the show, expressing more disappointment than hurt over how things unfolded between them. According to her, Shreya had initially reached out to build a friendship, which made the eventual fallout sting even more.

She also touched on why she didn’t view her estranged husband Gaurav Khanna’s appearance on the show as a supportive gesture, suggesting his presence felt more about clearing his own name than backing her game.

Why Fans Are Still Talking About Her

Reality TV audiences tend to gravitate toward contestants who speak their mind, and Akanksha Chamola has clearly built that reputation post Lock Upp 2. Her willingness to openly discuss personal relationships, on-show conflicts, and future career decisions keeps her relevant in conversations long after her season has ended — which is likely why speculation about her next move keeps surfacing.

For now, it seems safe to say Bigg Boss 20 will have to look elsewhere, but a potential Khatron Ke Khiladi appearance could be one to watch for.
