Likely, the lengthy wait for Battlegrounds Mobile India, also known as BGMI, to return will soon be over. Recently, a News18 report appeared on the scene and mentioned that the decision to lift the ban on the title had already been made. The same report also claims that the Government of India will recheck the title three months after it has been banned, provided that any necessary revisions have been made.

According to the report, it was decided to lift the BGMI ban with a few modifications during a meeting.

But for at least three months, GOI will carefully examine the title to see if it complies with the Government’s rules and regulations. This PUBG Mobile revamp developed by KRAFTON, has not yet provided a date for when it will be unbanned. The ones we just mentioned are merely reports and therefore, players should hold off until the official announcement from KRAFTON or the Indian government.
