BGIS 2025 Shatters Records: How a Massive ₹3.2 Crore Prize Pool is Revolutionizing Indian eSports

Are you ready to witness gaming history in the making? The BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES, or BGIS 2025, has just raised the stakes to unprecedented heights, sending shockwaves through India’s gaming community with an eye-popping ₹3.2 crore prize pool! This isn’t just another tournament – it’s a watershed moment for Indian esports that you simply can’t afford to miss.

The Game-Changing Prize Pool: A 60% Leap Forward

KRAFTON India has boldly shattered previous benchmarks with a staggering 60% increase in the BGIS 2025 prize pool. This monumental boost isn’t just about bigger rewards – it’s a powerful statement about the explosive growth and bright future of mobile gaming in India.

What makes this prize pool truly revolutionary is its distribution strategy. In a groundbreaking move that demonstrates KRAFTON’s commitment to nurturing talent at all levels, an additional ₹1.2 crore will be shared among the Top 32 teams – not just the final 16. This thoughtful approach ensures that emerging squads and mid-tier competitors receive well-deserved recognition and support, creating a more sustainable ecosystem for everyone involved.

“BGIS 2025 isn’t just a tournament — it’s a celebration of how far Indian Esports has come,” explains Karan Pathak, Associate Director-Esports at KRAFTON India. “The 60% prize pool boost, including ₹1.2 crore allocated to the Top 32 teams, is our way of giving back to the competitive community and encouraging more players to push their limits.”
