The Story
Between Steps follows two people at turning points. Park Min Jae (Choo Young Woo) is a former swimmer who lost his right leg to illness. Im Yoo Jin (Kim So Hyun) is a graduate student who finds a new path after losing her way. Their paths cross, and then cross again, as if fate keeps nudging them together, according to Soompi’s report.
A Special Legacy
The drama comes from the late director Ahn Pan Seok, known for hit dramas such as Something in the Rain, One Spring Night and The Midnight Romance in Hagwon. For fans of his gentle, emotional style, this project carries extra meaning.
Spoilers: That Kiss
The first two episodes built chemistry quickly. The two leads were drawn to each other from their very first meeting, and viewers loved it. Then came the end of episode 2: Im Yoo Jin suddenly pulled Park Min Jae in for a kiss, pushing their growing tension to a breaking point.
It’s a bold move from a character who is still finding her direction, and it leaves one big question: how will Min Jae respond? Episode 3 is the answer.
Why the Photos Matter?
Behind-the-scenes photos are a small treat, but they give fans a look at the warmth between the leads off-camera. Kim So Hyun, one of Korea’s best-known young actresses (Kim So-hyun), and Choo Young Woo have drawn attention for their chemistry, and the new photos only add to the excitement.
