All eight episodes premiere on April 16, 2026.
BEEF Season 2 Production and Cast Details
Trading the explosive road rage of Season 1 for the passive-aggressive world of elite society, Season 2 shifts the battlefield from suburban parking lots to manicured country club lawns. Teaser Content and Character Introduction
The teaser introduces the four central characters caught in the unfolding drama. Oscar Isaac’s Joshua Martín delivers an ominous monologue about the country club serving as “the land of make-believe” where people “can pretend everything is okay.” However, the pristine facade quickly deteriorates into shouting matches, smashed property, and intense power displays.
Carey Mulligan portrays Lindsay Crane-Martín, whose marriage to Isaac’s character appears fractured, with their conflict directly implicating the younger couple of Charles Melton (Austin Davis) and Cailee Spaeny (Ashley Miller). Youn Yuh-jung’s Chairwoman Park emerges as the ultimate authority figure—a billionaire owner whose approval becomes the ultimate currency within the club’s ecosystem.
Season 1 Success and Anthology Format Return
BEEF Season 1, released in April 2023, achieved remarkable critical and commercial success, winning eight Emmy Awards including Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series. The season featured Steven Yeun and Ali Wong in an intense two-character parking lot feud that became culturally defining television. Both stars return as executive producers for Season 2, maintaining continuity while allowing complete narrative autonomy.
The anthology format enables the series to maintain its core themes exploring conflict, rage, and human fallibility while introducing entirely new scenarios, characters, and settings. Season 2’s country club setting provides stark thematic contrast to Season 1’s working-class dynamics.
