The wait for iOS users interested to play Battlegrounds Mobile India by Krafton Inc appears to be almost over. We had received reports that the game would launch for iOS a short while after launching for Android, apart from that we did not receive any other updates such as a possible release date.

Now, a new post on their official Instagram account hints that the launch of the game for iOS is just around the corner. As of right now, Battlegrounds Mobile India is only available for Android users, although Krafton’s official site had hinted at an iOS launch sometime soon, its latest post on Instagram suggests we may get to witness an imminent launch.

Looking at the social media post, the company wrote, “Please Note: We are preparing for all Indian players to receive rewards regardless of their OS.” Apart from this message, the company also included an Apple iOS emoji at the end which means the game will be arriving soon for the platform.

The rewards that the post mentions are in regards to in-game rewards that Battlegrounds Mobile India will offer to players once the game crosses a specific limit of downloads. These figures include 48 million, 49 million, and 50 million downloads.

The first milestone will offer players three Supply Coupon Crate Scraps. While the second and third rewards offer three Classic Coupon Crate Scraps and a Permanent Galaxy Messenger Set permanently.

At the moment, Battlegrounds Mobile India is one of the most popular mobile games in India on Android. However, a majority of the old PUBG mobile players in the region preferred the iOS platform, especially by esports and a competitive player base.
