The game has been launched with the highly anticipated 2.5 Update, delivering an enhanced and immersive experience to gamers. The 2.5 Update introduces exciting new features, including a brand-new map called Nusa, captivating in-game events, weapon upgrades, and an impressive collection of new skins to elevate gameplay.
In line with KRAFTON’s commitment to promoting responsible gaming practices, the playtime for users under 18 will be limited to three hours per day, while other players can enjoy up to six hours daily. Parental verification and daily spending limits for minors remain integral to the game.
Key features of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA‘s 2.5 Update:
- New Map: Nusa – Nusa is a thrilling 1×1 map set on a tropical resort island, making it the smallest map in BGMI. Each match lasts just eight minutes, providing an adrenaline-pumping experience. The map introduces unique mechanisms such as Ziplines for quick movement and Elevators that can be installed in Hotels buildings in “New City.” It also includes fun attractions like zorb balls, a swimming pool, combustible buildings, and destructible jars.
- Super Recall – In duo/squad mode, the Super Recall feature allows surviving teammates to recall a fallen player who died within a certain time, bringing them back into the battle with a random weapon. In solo mode, players can be automatically recalled without a teammate’s assistance.
- New Weapon – The Tactical Crossbow is a powerful addition, enabling players to restore ziplines using loops and set certain houses on fire with fire arrows. It offers improved accuracy in mid and close range, and players can switch to single-shot mode when scoped-in.
- New Vehicle – An off-road two-seater ATV has been introduced, offering swift movement even in challenging terrains. It provides stability and agility, ensuring a smooth ride without rollovers.
The 2.5 Update also brings a variety of engaging in-game events, including “Underworld Unleashed” for a permanent purple grade underworld guardian set, “Race To The Top In Battlegrounds” for a progressive 15-day event with a permanent pink grade Badlands Punk outfit, “Hot Drop Into The Battlegrounds” for a progressive 10-day event with a permanent pink grade sandstorm Set, and “Gameplay Glory” for a progressive 15-day event offering a permanent pink grade Noble Lineage set.
Additionally, the new BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA update includes improvements to classic maps, such as enhanced textures and effects for the waterfall in Livik, the addition of Supply Shops to Miramar, Vikendi, and Sanhok, and improved throwing mechanics for throwable items. Various other enhancements have been made, including the addition of an “invite” option in Spawn Island, improved marking during parachute descent, and the introduction of a sound visualization function in the main interface for all classic modes.
Furthermore, CYCLE4 SEASON11 introduces new rewards, including season sunglasses, a parachute, a mask, a cover, and a full-set resource at the pink level. Royal Pass M21 and M22 are also available, with ongoing RP events featuring lucky chicken rewards, point bonuses, and pre-order groups.
