What the Leaked Footage Reveals

In the video, players push through phases of the map in classic Rush style. The visuals look early, with some textures and lighting clearly unfinished, but the gameplay itself looks smoother than expected for a pre-alpha build.

The leaked footage showcases several exciting elements that have fans talking:

Classic Rush Mechanics: The traditional objective-based gameplay where attackers must arm and detonate M-COM stations while defenders try to stop them is back in full force.

Dynamic Destruction: The return of destruction systems now has a real impact on the course of battle, with debris remaining on the map and creating dynamic cover during battles.

Tank Combat: The video shows a player in a tank causing all kinds of chaos, demonstrating the vehicular warfare that Battlefield is famous for.

Fan Reactions: Nostalgia Meets Modern Gaming

Players reacted well to the return of the mode, though many noted that both visually and in terms of character movement, the gameplay is reminiscent of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from 2019. This comparison has sparked interesting discussions about the evolution of FPS mechanics.

The community’s enthusiasm is palpable across social media platforms. Rush, known initially as Gold Rush, was first introduced in 2008’s Battlefield: Bad Company and has appeared in every mainline Battlefield game since, making its return a highly anticipated feature.
