Battlefield 6 is opening its doors for a one-week free trial starting November 25, 2025, perfectly timed for the Thanksgiving break. Whether you’ve been watching from the sidelines or curious about EA’s latest shooter sensation, this is your chance to experience what critics are calling the franchise’s best entry in over a decade—completely free.

Battlefield 6 Free Trial Quick Details

End Date	December 2, 2025 (1 week)
Platforms	PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC

What’s Included in the Trial?

The trial provides access to five game modes including Conquest, Breakthrough, Sabotage, and Team Deathmatch, with one additional mode yet to be revealed. While EA hasn’t specified which three maps you’ll get, expect a healthy mix showcasing Battlefield 6’s signature large-scale warfare.

The trial focuses exclusively on multiplayer experiences—don’t expect campaign access during this limited window. However, that’s where Battlefield truly shines anyway, with its chaotic 64-player battles and destructible environments.

Perfect Timing with California Resistance

The free trial coincides with the California Resistance update, which introduces the new Eastwood map and the fast-paced Sabotage limited-time mode. Eastwood features luxury villas, golf courses, and private estates—scenic neighborhoods turned into explosive warzones. There’s even a four-person golf cart vehicle to zip around with your squad.

For the battle royale fans, the Redsec mode also received updates including a new Gauntlet mission and Prepper Stashes scattered throughout Fort Lyndon.

Why You Should Try It

Battlefield 6 has been dominating the FPS space since its October 10, 2025 launch, consistently outperforming Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 in player counts. The game sold over 6.5 million copies in just days, proving that the franchise’s return to form has resonated with fans.

This free trial offers risk-free exploration of a shooter that balances classic Battlefield chaos with modern refinements. Plus, any progress you make during the trial carries over if you decide to purchase the full game.
