Back 4 Blood zombie will be getting NVIDIA DLSS during launch

NVIDIA has become even more aggressive in bringing Deep Learning Super Sampling technology to its games as well as engines like Unreal Engine 4 and 5 after AMD announced its open-source FidelityFX Super Resolution.

More recently it made DLSS available for Linux where NVIDIA showcased pairing GeForce RTX 3060 with ray tracing and DLSS enabled running on a Mediatek SoC which is an Arm-based SoC.

Recently, the graphics giant has announced DLSS to be available in a highly anticipated zombie game from Turtle Rock Studios. The game called Back 4 Blood is the unofficial third instalment in the Left 4 Dead series, a popular co-op zombie shooter, previously available on PCs and game consoles.

Although the game will be available in October, however, and will be two betas available in August.

Ahead of the game’s release, you can participate in the Back 4 Blood Open Beta. Beginning August 5th, those who pre-order will be guaranteed Early Access to the Open Beta, which concludes August 9th, and a limited number of people who register on the Back 4 Blood website will also be invited to participate. If you miss out, however, don’t despair – the Open Beta will continue August 12th to 16th, and will be available to everyone.

And when Back 4 Blood launches on October 12th, 2021, PC players with GeForce RTX graphics cards can activate NVIDIA DLSS to benefit from the technology’s trademark performance boosts.
