Atlee’s New Rs 38 Crore Mumbai Home Is As Cinematic As His Movies

Blockbuster success has a way of translating into real estate, and director Atlee is proof of that. Fresh off Jawan’s massive success and gearing up for his next big swing, Raaka, the filmmaker has reportedly added a stunning sea-facing home in Mumbai to his portfolio — and it’s worth every bit of the buzz.

The Rs 38 Crore Bandra Home

Atlee’s new apartment sits in one of Bandra’s most sought-after high-rise towers, offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea. Bandra has long been the address of choice for Bollywood’s biggest names, and this move places Atlee in close company with peers like actress Pooja Hegde, who owns a similarly luxurious property nearby.

Why This Move Makes Sense

Built as a family-centric haven, the home reportedly comes with state-of-the-art security, private elevator access, and ocean-facing deck balconies — the kind of amenities that mark it as one of the more luxurious properties owned by any filmmaker today. Atlee has built his career on box-office-breaking hits, from his directorial debut Raja Rani to Tamil blockbusters like Theri, Mersal, and Bigil alongside Thalapathy Vijay, before making a massive crossover into Bollywood with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. He now reportedly splits his creative operations between Chennai and Mumbai — a dual base that makes Bandra a natural fit.
