ASUS ROG Phone 6 Series will go official on the 5th of July. The event is set to happen at the same time in Taiwan, China, and the USA. Recently, we witnessed the phone on the TENAA Certification database as well. The latest report from 91Mobiles reputed tipster Evan Blass reveals new renders of the phone.
ASUS ROG Phone 6 will be the first device to debut the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset:
The images below give us a good idea about the upcoming smartphone, it is spotted with a snap-on fan accessory dubbed the AeroActive Cooler 6. The device offers a better gaming experience and some of its key features are a 6.78″ AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 165Hz. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset. The phone has an improved heat dissipation system along with a 30% better vapor chamber along with up to 85% better graphite sheet.
Below are pictures of the ROG Phone 6 case, it has been named the Devil case Guardian Lite Plus. It arrives with a 654MP primary sensor along with 5x optical zoom support. There is also another cutout that shows the second screen along with the remainder of the back shell of the phone.
Going by rumors, we assume the ASUS ROG Phone 6 will arrive with a 6.78″ AMOLED FHD+ 165Hz display with an integrated fingerprint scanner and it is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset with support for up to 18GB RAM and up to 512GB in-built storage. It runs on Android 12 OS with ROG UI on top.
The smartphone is juiced by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging support. In terms of optics, we do not have any other specifications. The company has claimed that the smartphone will be the first-ever splash-resistant gaming device.
