Want the most versatile pistol in Arc Raiders? The Venator’s twin-shot mechanic makes it a must-have sidearm, and we’re revealing exactly where to snag this legendary blueprint. Whether you’re a solo raider or squad player, this guide will cut your farming time in half!

Why Every Raider Needs the Venator

The Venator is a semi-automatic pistol with a unique twin-shot mechanism that fires two bullets per trigger press while using medium ammo. It’s perfect as a finisher weapon when your primary runs dry—and that twin-shot advantage can turn desperate fights into clutch victories.

Best Locations to Find Venator Blueprint

1. Buried City Hospital (Guaranteed Method)

Head to the Buried City Hospital near the map center, beside the Library, and look for a locked door that requires the Buried City Hospital Key. Get this key from Ruby Residence on the Dam Battlegrounds map first, then return and unlock the door. Check the bag just left of the door for the blueprint—this is your most reliable method!

2. Dam Battlegrounds Map (Multiple Chances)

Over 20 weapon crate locations exist here, including multiple Swamp outposts, the Control Tower’s top floor, and southern region hidden spots. The isolated Formicai Outpost on the northeast side offers a low-risk farming zone with weapon crates.

3. Blue Gate Map Hotspots

Target the Research & Administration building (marked “HIGH” loot value) and Water Treatment Control areas. The Headhouse building’s underground section contains more than two weapon crates.

4. Harvester Event (Priority Alert!)

When the Harvester event activates, farming this blueprint should be your top priority since this limited-time event offers chances for end-game blueprints including the Venator.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I trade blueprints with other players?

No, Arc Raiders doesn’t allow direct blueprint trading between players. However, a black market for blueprints has emerged where rare blueprints can cost more than the base game. Your safest bet is farming the locations mentioned above rather than risking third-party transactions.

Q2: What happens after I learn the Venator Blueprint?

Once learned, you can craft unlimited Venators at your Level 3 Gunsmith station using materials like metal components and gun parts. The blueprint becomes a permanent unlock, so you’ll never need to find another one. If you get duplicates, sell them for 5,000 Coins to fund your other crafting needs!
