Andreas Pereira to join Fulham for £13m with medicals scheduled

Andreas Pereira is in London today to complete the medical assessment ahead of his move to Fulham. Manchester United have reached an agreement for his sale, with £10 million agreed as the transfer fee upfront. In addition, £3 million in add-ons have been agreed as part of the deal.

The midfielder will be signing a three-year contract with Fulham, with an option of extending for another year. The paperworks are ready to be signed, and it is only a matter of time before the signing is announced by the clubs officially.

Andreas Pereira to sign for Fulham

The Brazilian midfielder spent the last two seasons on loan at Lazio, and Flamengo. Upon his return to Manchester United at the end of his loan to the Brazilian club, he is set to move to Fulham permanently. He had one year remaining on his contract with United, but they have decided to cash in on him rather than lose him for free with another loan.

Andreas Pereira becomes the latest to leave Manchester United, with a number of fringe players exiting the club this summer already. However, they are yet to bring in more new signings ahead of the coming season.

Fulham, on the other hand, have signed Manor Solomon from Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk. They have also agreed a deal for talented attacking midfielder Joao Palhinha from Sporting CP, in ambitions of staying up in the top flight this season.
