While spanning to be the buyer of services like BigBasket, 1MG, and others, TATA has already created an ecosystem while spreading its chain from retail to manufacturing, education, automotive and what not. So, having one app with all benefits and exclusive rewards for everyone makes real sense, this gave birth to Tata Neu.
This app is currently in the testing phase as its being offered to only TATA employees and so if you are one you can go to TATA Digital and try the web app. Thanks to our sources, we have got an exclusive first look at the new Super app for TATA and it looks like this:
As you see the home page is filled with offers and you have multiple options like Scan & Pay, Send Money, Pay Bills and Finance as the basic part. Now in the Shop & Explore section you have multiple offers spanning across different genres that TATA has you covered. The home screen also has stories with various offers & discounts.
This includes Grocery, Electronics, Smartphones, Hotels, Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Luxury, Flights, F&B and Entertainment. Now, when you tap on each service you get other TATA apps cross-linked into the same web app like when you tap grocery, you will be shown offers, but tap on it, you get redirected you BigBasket.
Similarly, when you tap on Electronics or Smartphone, you get offers as well as products offered to you from Croma or Tata Cliq. You can even book a Hotel through this app or easily reserve a table with this app itself with offers & rewards. From Fitness related products to Flights and Entertainment, TATA will provide all offers from its wide range of services.
For Food & beverages, you even have offers from Starbucks and in the future TATA could improve its food corner as well. If you see in the Offers and Rewards section, the app is flooded with offers on various products or services it offers. You even have a NeuMag section which is a microblog into the app itself that gives better shopping ideas or deals across various services from TATA.
In the vault section, you have the option of adding a new card and pay all of your bills altogether, a simple solution of payment, built right into the app. More options will come as the app goes public and there will be offers for common people as well as TATA employees with perks like NeuCoins to be won for transactions.
