The desktop processor market in India is not flooded with options currently and prices are very inflated, forcing users to go for older CPUs, which haven’t been excluded from the price hike as well.
So, this is a pretty bad situation whether you buy a CPU or even a GPU, forcing PC gamers to either opt for pre-built systems or buy gaming laptops or opt for cloud gaming or consoles.
Previously, the older Ryzen 5 2600 was the best-selling CPU, now it is overtaken by the newer Ryzen 5 5600X, which though costs much but is worth extra bucks.
Why? Of course, as we stated in our gaming review of the Ryzen 5 5600X, this is really great to pair with beefy GPUs like RTX 3070 or RTX 3080 for example with no issues at all. It can easily handle 1440p gaming or even 4K gaming if it is paired with the right GPU.
Apart from GPU, we also stated in our full review that why AMD Ryzen 5 5600X is indeed the Fastest 6 core CPU in the market. It just intakes 65W of power and gives the performance you never could have expected, you can easily overclock it to 4.8GHz to get Ryzen 7 3700X like performance.
So, no doubt it deserves to be the best-seller, however, the shortage in AMD Ryzen chips especially the Ryzen 2000 and Ryzen 3000 series is not a good sign though.
