The Allu family had double the reason to celebrate on March 6, 2026. Talk about a day written in the stars!

The traditional Telugu wedding was a heartwarming blend of culture, laughter, and pure filmy glamour — and the inside photos are proof.

The Moment Everyone’s Talking About: The Varmala Fight

If you’ve attended a South Indian wedding, you know the varmala (garland exchange) is the moment where the couple secretly tries to outdo each other — and Allu Sirish and Nayanika did not disappoint. The duo’s playful tug-of-war during the garland ceremony had everyone in splits, and the photos capturing that spontaneous joy are simply unmissable.

The couple also performed the beautiful Talambralu ritual, showering each other with turmeric-mixed rice — a cinematic, culturally rich moment that perfectly summed up their bond.

Celebrity Overload: Who Attended?

The guest list read like a who’s who of Telugu cinema. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela, Pawan Kalyan, Varun Tej and Lavanya, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Tamil superstar Suriya — who was photographed alongside Allu Arjun in a rare, much-loved frame — all graced the occasion.

The varmala ceremony is one of the most significant rituals in a Hindu wedding, symbolising the bride and groom’s acceptance of each other, and this couple turned it into a memory for the ages.

The Pre-Wedding Journey

The celebrations were truly global. From a yacht party in Dubai to a pre-wedding bash in Hyderabad, and an industry reception on March 4, the lead-up to the wedding was as grand as the ceremony itself. Traditional functions including Pasupu, Mailapolu, and Mangalasnanam were held privately with family.
