Nandamuri Natasimha Balakrishna starrer Akhanda directed by Boyapati Srinu is a big success. This film reached the audience in December 2021, it was made and recorded as the highest-grossing film in Balayya’s career till then. After a severe reduction in ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh, this film rained money and is now entertaining the audience in the north.
In 2022, we have seen that Hinduism films like Kashmir Files and Karthikeya-2 were hugely appreciated by the North audience. After this, the makers decided to release the movie Akhanda dubbed in Hindi and spread the blessing of Shivism and Hindu ideology. The film depicts the Hindu God lord Shiva coming from heaven to bless others. As a result, this film came to North audiences on 20th January.
While the film, Akhanda movie was released on more than 500 screens in the North. The film was dropped on more than 400 screens in the Hindi belt and 100 screens overseas. It was released in 72 theaters in Mumbai, 163 in Delhi, 25 in Hyderabad, 49 in Ahmedabad, 30 in Chandigarh, 19 in Pune, 38 in Kolkata, 27 in Jaipur, 1 in Bhopal, 13 in Surat, 46 in Lucknow and 7 in Dehradun. Akhanda Hindi version was released on a total of 506 screens.
Boyapati Srinu directed the film featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna. Pagya Jaiswal is the female lead . Thaman has composed the music for the film under the Dwaraka Creations banner. Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth played key roles. This movie, which hit the audience on 2nd December 2021, collected more than Rs. 120 crores.
The Hindi version just dropped on 20th January 2023. The trailer has already received a good response and created craziness among the audience. Moreover, this movie ticket was sold for Rs.99.
