Ai+ Smartphone Aims for Over 1,000 Service Points in India, Launches Dedicated App

Ai+ Smartphone, a brand under NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, has announced plans to significantly expand its after-sales service network across India, targeting over 1,000 service touchpoints. The company also confirmed the establishment of its first exclusive Ai+ Service Centre in Delhi, slated to open this Diwali, and introduced the Ai+ Assistance App, a new digital platform for customer support.

The expansion strategy involves adding more than 200 service centers to its existing network of over 800 facilities, thereby broadening its geographic reach. This initiative seeks to enhance the accessibility and consistency of the ownership experience for Ai+ customers nationwide.

Ai+: Integrated Service Expansion

The upcoming Delhi facility is designated as Ai+’s inaugural dedicated service center in India. It will provide trained technical support, genuine spare parts, standardized repairs, software assistance, warranty support, and device setup for the company’s smartphone portfolio. Ai+ aims for turnaround times ranging from same-day resolution for common issues to up to seven days, depending on the complexity of the repair.

Madhav Sheth, CEO of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, commented on the development, stating, “Achieving over 1,000 service touchpoints, establishing our first exclusive service center, and introducing the Ai+ Assistance App are critical steps toward making support more accessible, transparent, and dependable. Our objective is to ensure that wherever our customers are, reliable support remains within reach.”

Digital Support Through Ai+ Assistance App

Complementing the physical expansion, the new Ai+ Assistance App is designed to streamline the customer support process. The digital platform will allow users to access device and warranty information, locate nearby service centers, book service requests, generate and track service tickets, and obtain troubleshooting assistance. This integration of digital tools with the expanding physical network intends to offer customers increased convenience and visibility throughout the service lifecycle.

This dual-pronged approach, combining physical service network growth with enhanced digital support capabilities, marks the next phase of Ai+ Smartphone’s (https://nxtquantum.ai/) after-sales strategy in India.
