Ahn Hyo Seop GF Rumors: What Really Happened

Searching for “ahn hyo seop gf” yields countless speculation articles, but the actor himself has confirmed he’s currently single. On January 10, 2024, he directly messaged fans on Weverse stating clearly: “I don’t have a girlfriend.”

This candid admission came after persistent dating rumors linked him to several actresses, most notably Lee Sung Kyung from Dr. Romantic. The rumors intensified following the 2023 SBS Drama Awards when a viral video showed Ahn Hyo Seop helping Lee Sung Kyung with his coat during a warm embrace.

The Lee Sung Kyung Connection

Fans couldn’t help but ship the on-screen duo after witnessing their natural chemistry extend beyond the set. At the awards ceremony, Ahn Hyo Seop’s gentlemanly gesture of lending his coat to Lee Sung Kyung sparked widespread speculation about a possible real-life romance.

However, sources close to both actors confirm they maintain a professional friendship, and the viral moment was simply a thoughtful gesture between colleagues. While their on-screen pairing captivated audiences, there’s no evidence of romantic involvement.

Other Co-Star Rumors

Throughout his career, Ahn Hyo Seop has been romantically linked with several talented actresses, including Kim Yoo Jung (Lovers of the Red Sky) and Kim Se Jeong (Business Proposal). These rumors typically emerge from their undeniable on-screen chemistry that leaves fans hoping for real-life romance.

Respecting Privacy While Staying Transparent

In his Weverse message, Ahn Hyo Seop struck a balance between transparency and boundary-setting. He thanked fans for loving his work while highlighting the importance of respecting his privacy. This approach resonated with supporters, who flooded social media with encouraging messages.

The actor’s willingness to directly address rumors demonstrates maturity and respect for his fanbase. Rather than letting speculation spiral, he chose honest communication—a refreshing approach in an industry where dating rumors often go unaddressed for years.
