aespa’s LEMONADE Tops 19 iTunes Charts & Sells 842K on Day One — MYs Proved the Hype Was Real

If you thought aespa couldn’t outdo themselves after Armageddon and Rich Man… think again. On May 29, 2026, the K-pop quartet dropped their second full-length album LEMONADE — and it didn’t just chart. It dominated every chart that mattered.

aespa’s LEMONADE by the Numbers

Why LEMONADE Tastes Different This Time

This wasn’t just another comeback — it was a statement. The pre-release track 2 before the album even dropped. Fans who followed every 3 knew this era was built different.

And the numbers back it up. 4, giving MYs months to fuel pre-orders — which hit 5 and carried that momentum straight into LEMONADE’s record-breaking launch.

Even 6 added a fashion-forward layer that only amplified global buzz. The MV crossed 10 million views in under 24 hours — proof that visual storytelling meets chart dominance head-on.

In Japan, LEMONADE hit #1 on LINE Music’s real-time chart and #2 on Recochoku Daily Ranking. In China, it swept QQ Music, Tencent, and Kugou platforms simultaneously. Every track charted. No skips. No filler.7 .

Only DEADLINE (1.46M) has higher first-day sales among female artists in 2026 — and LEMONADE is closing that gap fast. With the 8, this era has legs. MYs, you weren’t just hype — you were prophecy.
