Karina Reveals Nervousness Made Her Lollapalooza 2026 Performance Stronger

This is the one line that makes Karina Lollapalooza 2026 so inspiring. Instead of hiding her nerves, Karina said she embraces them.

aespa made their return to Grant Park as one of the headliners, with a crowd of over 100,000. Karina admitted she was extremely nervous before stepping out, but she told herself, “If I’m nervous, it means I care this much about this stage.”

She shared that she used to try to kill the feeling, but now she channels it into energy. That little tremble? She turns it into sharper dance moves and bigger vocals. It’s why their live band version of Whiplash felt so powerful.

Karina debuted as one of the most watched 4th-gen icons, and moments like this show why she’s a true leader.

That honesty is exactly why fans connect with aespa beyond the music. They’re not perfect robots — they feel the pressure and own it.
