A2O LITE Wins Again, and “NEON” Is Officially Lighting

Winning one music show trophy as a debut act is exciting. Winning a second one with the same song? That’s momentum. A2O LITE has taken their second music show win for their debut track “NEON” on the October 21 episode of Show Champion. The group beat out four strong competitors, including a few of K-pop’s biggest fan favourites.

A2O LITE Show Champion Oct 21: First Place Candidates

Artist	Song	Result
A2O LITE	“NEON”	Winner
FLARE U	“Bloom”	Nominee
NCT WISH	“I SPY”	Nominee
PLAVE	“Star Trace”	Nominee
Sung Han Bin	“UNDEAD”	Nominee

Why This Win Matters?

Look at that lineup. NCT WISH and PLAVE both have loyal, vote-heavy fanbases, and Sung Han Bin is promoting a fresh solo track. Beating all of them with a debut single is no small feat.

It also shows the group’s growing pull. A single trophy can be a fluke, but a second win suggests real staying power, and fans are clearly showing up for “NEON.”

The Full Performer Lineup

Show Champion was packed with talent that night. Here is who took the stage and what they performed:

Artist	Song
A2O LITE	“NEON”
A2O SOUL	“SUPERSTAR”
KickFlip	“Kick Off The Wall”
FLARE U	“Bloom”
MODYSSEY	“CAN YOU HEAR THAT”
Yuju	“Nameless”
Sung Han Bin	“UNDEAD”
SEVENUS’s Heejae	“Turbulence”
hrtz.wav	“Sunday Morning”
DAILY:DIRECTION	“WHICH WAY”
X:IN	“ZZIRIT (Feat. Luísa Sonza)”

Also performing were Broccoli, You Too?, V01D, YS Block, DAMONS YEAR and HAENA, making it a stacked episode for anyone who likes a mix of idol groups, soloists and bands.

A2O SOUL performed “SUPERSTAR” on the same show, so the A2O name appeared twice on the lineup. Meanwhile, X:IN brought a collaboration with Luísa Sonza on “ZZIRIT,” adding an international flavour to the night. The band side of the lineup, with hrtz.wav and Broccoli, You Too?, gave the episode a nice change of pace from the usual choreography-heavy sets.

What Comes Next for A2O LITE?

Two wins in, the natural question is whether a third is on the way. Music show season is competitive, but if “NEON” keeps its streaming and fan voting momentum, more trophies could follow. For a debut group, that early confidence boost is gold.
