Where The Story Left Off?
The drama follows Namgoong Ho (Seo Kang Jun) and Lee Mi Do (Ahn Eun Jin), a couple who have been together for a decade and recently reunited after realizing their feelings for each other hadn’t faded. But their reconciliation is about to be tested by two new characters entering their lives: Han Tae Seung (Lee Joo Ahn) and Park Soo Ah (Jo Aram), who emerge as romantic rivals for Lee Mi Do and Namgoong Ho, respectively.
The Hidden History Between Namgoong Ho And Park Soo Ah
What’s raising eyebrows ahead of Episode 3 is a subtle but telling remark from Namgoong Ho, hinting that he and Park Soo Ah share more history than their surface-level dynamic as senior and junior colleagues suggests. Despite frequent workplace bickering, the two are shown growing closer, and Park Soo Ah’s increasingly bold pursuit of Namgoong Ho threatens to destabilize his relationship with Lee Mi Do.
Lee Mi Do’s Own Complicated Chemistry?
The tension isn’t one-sided. Lee Mi Do develops her own compelling connection with Han Tae Seung, despite the two starting off on rocky terms. It’s a classic setup for a love-triangle dynamic, but one grounded in the show’s realistic approach to relationships rather than melodrama.
What The Production Team Is Teasing?
The show’s production team has framed the central question clearly: can Namgoong Ho and Lee Mi Do actually build a future on ten years of history alone? According to the team, Han Tae Seung and Park Soo Ah aren’t just obstacles — they’re catalysts that will force both leads to confront sides of themselves they hadn’t previously acknowledged, ultimately reshaping how they each define love.
This kind of realistic, character-driven romance has become a hallmark of KBS dramas in recent years, favoring emotional authenticity over conventional romantic tropes.
